The condo/townhouse is located in the "Deer Valley" section of Park City and is 1/2 mile from Snow Park Lodge in Lower Deer Valley. At no cost to you we've made arragements with Deer Valley Resort to pick you up (and all your equipment) at the front door, and take you to the Snow Park Lodge, with drop-off right at the ticket kiosks. Just ring Deer Valley (number provided at the condo), and they'll arrive shortly to pick you up (and bring you back). You can be on the lifts within 15 minutes of making the call! We also offer discount passes to the area's resorts, as well as Snowbird, Alta and others. Just let us know how how many you need for which resort,and we'll have them waiting for you.
It's only 1 mile from the condo to Park City's Main Street, too.
We're sure that you will enjoy our three bedroom, three bath property! Each bedroom features both a TV and DVD player. Free hard-wired and wi-fi internet is included as well.
The third floor master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, and its adjoining bath is newly remodeled. The sleeping loft has two twin beds and is off the master suite.
There are 2 bedrooms on the garage-entry, lowest level. The first has a queen bed, and the larger has a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. They share a full size bathroom. These bedrooms and the shared bath are pictured.
The dining room seats 8, and there's a balcony with a gas grill just out the sliding door. The kitchen/great room has a TV/DVD combo and two additional sofas. A full sized bath is also on this level.
Hot tubs, sauna and heated pool are located in an entry-secured enclosure 75 feet away from the condo. Our summer guests can just walk out the downstairs doors for quick access. Because of snow, our winter guests will have to drive the 1/2 block around the circle. Of course you can walk too, but we always drive over - it's cold!
