This is an exceptional apartment, with a marvellous view over the sea, vineyards and the mountains.
Cassis is a charming un-spoiled fishing-village with a lovely beach, masses of restaurants, a provencal harbour, a wonderful traditional market.
The apartment has a big terrace facing south and the sea. Above, there is a fully private roof terrace, the same size as the whole apartment (approximately 80 square meters or 950 square feet) with a lovely garden; olive tree, mandarin tree, roses, bougainvillea, etc. If you are to lazy to go down to the beach, and even too lazy to go the house pool; just enjoy the outdoor shower on the roof!
This is the holiday home of a Swedish family, and fully equipped with everything you need. The interior decoration is a mixture of the traditional provencal with the modern. There is particularly interesting pieces of art.
Just outside the entrance is the swimming pool, where you will often find yourself alone, without the neighbours.
The building is constructed on a high cliff, with an elevator going through the cliff down to the village. It takes eight minutes by foot to reach the beach and all the restaurants.
The area is walled-in, with parking provided. |
