Sleeps up to 10 and 12 if you use the pull out living room couch. Two bedrooms have double beds with a single upper bunk, master bedroom has Queen bed and a single day bed with ensuite bath. Double pull-out in the living room and a quality foam single mattress under one of the beds for overflow.
The home is well equipped and always is stocked with basic staple condiments. Large deck with a Gas BBQ, parking for two-plus cars. One hour from Buffalo Airport for oversea's friends and and easy drive to the home. You will not be disappointed. Linen service available at a small extra charge.
