Perfect for couples and families, this alpine cottage style three bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in downtown Aspen, an easy walk to the Gondola, fine dining, and fabulous shopping. Completely remodeled in 2009 by an ASID qualified interior designer (myself), it is tastefully decorated and elegantly cozy, whether you come for world class winter fun, or picture perfect summer days in Aspen.
The amenities abound with marble countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, 42" LCD flatscreen, and many more upgrades than you can imagine (see amenities). Each bedroom has its own cable TV, telephone, new carpet, spacious closets, comfy bathrobes, and designer furniture and bedlinens to make your stay more comfortable.
The "Marie" master bedroom suite has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom. The "Heidi" guest bedroom has a queen size bed and antiques with an alpine flair. If you have children, they will delight in the "Jenny Lind" bunk room, complete with 2 bunk beds, toychest, and tea party area.
For our summer guests, enjoy the view or fire up the grill, light the candles and dine outside on our adjoining outdoor private patio with seating for 6 and a charming garden atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time in Aspen staying at the Alpine Cottage. Not only was there ample sleeping arrangements, but the living areas easily accomodated eight people. Situated in downtown Aspen, it was easy to walk to the lifts, the grocery store, and downtown. I would certainly use the Alpine Cottage on future visits to Aspen.

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE ASPEN ALPINE COTTAGE. IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. THE SOFAS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. IT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR GROUP OF 6. THE LOCATION IS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF DOWNTOWN ASPEN AND THE GROCERY STORE IS VERY CLOSE! WE LOVED OUR STAY AND CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!

Our family loved this welcoming home. It is spacious, light and well laid-out, and is stocked with everything we needed to live the Aspen life. The location is excellent to walk everywhere, only two blocks to City Market and Little Annie's, and easy to catch the bus to Snowmass. The owners are extremely friendly and helped us promptly with our occassional question, but otherwise left us to enjoy our holiday and their lovely home. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven.

Hi I am the owner, and want to post that I had to unfortunately and for the first time in four years of renting, exercise my right to cash the damage deposit from a two week rental (Mechelle Schulz). She left our pristine and beautiful place a disaster, there was damage above and beyond normal wear and tear, and completely disregarded our very strict "no smoking policy". Luckily, after a lot of work, the place is back to ship shape, and it's better than ever!

We stayed here for a week in March 2009. It was fabulous. Nicely decorated, lovely and clean, very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Close enough to walk to shopping, dining and Aspen mountain and a short car/bus ride to Snowmass and Buttermilk.

What a great place! I have stayed at some of the best condo's in Beaver Creek, Deer Valley, Telluride, etc. but this is one of the best. Everything is brand-spanking new and decorated extremely well (very cozy) The couches were so comfortable after a day on the slopes. Also, we didn't even rent a car because everything is with-in walking distance (gondola, restaurants, shopping, etc). Thanks again for an amazing place to stay, hope to do it again soon!
