This is ideal for celebrations, honeymoons, family and friends enjoying each other. Each of the four totally private, individually-controlled, air-conditioned master suites has its own private bath. Two of the suites have an additional sitting area while the other two have showers that look directly out onto the ocean. There is a large library for relaxed reading or gazing at the sea, possibly catching a glimpse of a whale. At Casa Contenta the ocean can be viewed from every room. Low Season: May 16-Oct 31 '08-$650/nt--4 night minimum
Holiday Season: Dec 19-Jan 03 '08-$1200/nt. Easter/Thanksgiving wks: $900/nt.
Deposits non-refundable for Holiday Seasons
One-half down to hold reserva. Balance plus Security Deposit due 45 days
before arrival date. Full refund 90 days before arrival date; 50% refund 45 days
before. Forfeit deposit less than 45 days.
