From our front door you will enjoy a very quick walk less than 1/2 block (3 short min.) to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, or venture out 1/2 block in the other direction and you will be in the heart of South Padre's buisness dictrict with shopping and restaurants galore, it doesn't get more convenient than that.
Or you can enjoy the gorgeous South Padre weather lounging around
our 4 unit private pool. Plus, we are a lower-level condo, so no steps.
Having stayed in many rentals ourselves, we know what makes a
vacation house a home, our condo is stocked with all the
comforts of home, Enjoy many fine area restaurants or experiment with your own culinary talents in our fully equipted kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, flat-top stove, dish washer and microwave. Let your BBQ master grill up lunch or dinner on the poolside Charcoal BBQ pit, then gather your family & friends for a fine meal around our large dining table.
The 9 foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors and area rugs give a warm and spacious feeling to our home. Our living room features leather furniture, surround sound stereo system, Wireless internet, 57 inch High Definition big screen TV/DVD/CD & 150 channel digital satellite. Each bedroom also has its own TV/DVD/CD to keep everyone happy.
This spacious condo is the perfect place for several couples, or the entire family. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features a queen and twin. Two more guests fit comfortably on the queen-size sofa sleeper. Have a big group? Our building has three other units also sleeping 7 -- just ask.

Why the Owner Chose Other South Padre Island Properties
As much as my brother and I love to get away from our hectic jobs as an insurance agent and a real estate agent in Missouri for some peaceful relaxation we enjoy watching our Mom enjoy the beach even more. For an 80 year old woman who can not swim, we have never seen anyone enjoy being near the water so much. We are a close family and taking her to the beach is always fun. South Padre Island provides a very peaceful environment for her and she enjoys the beaches here more than Florida. We can't give her a key though, she would never come home again.....
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The beach is a half a block away and affords us the privacy of our own pool and yard while a quick 1/2 block walk to the beach is envigoratingly good exersize and takes only a couple minutes. South Padre affords a small community feel for us with all the ammenities close by of a big expensive vacation. We love it because it is affordable for us and for family's, easy to get to by car or plane and a close drive to so many wonderful attractions. We fell in love with this lovely community and Love going there

We are always busy when we go down to SPI making sure everything is up to our standards but we also have some favorite things we do every time we go. We truly enjoy spending time on the beach collecting shells, having lunch at one of our favorite beach restaurants, going to visit the turtles every trip and drving up the north beach with atv's is fun too.
