Custom-built in 2005, two-story, beach house located in Ocean Lakes Family Resort. The house is located in the Southside section, on-site #1409 near the nature center. The house was completed in August of 2005 and is ready for booking. It has four bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds, one with two twin-size beds and one with bunk beds and a twin-size bed. There are two full bathrooms upstairs.
Downstairs has the living room with 42" flat screen TV and expended cable service, a half bathroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need including microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes.
Downstairs has kitchen table and chairs, large sofa , large love seat and a extra large recliner chair.
Large covered deck with new patio furnture and gas grill.
Covered steps in case of rain. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Parking under house for 4 cars.
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.
Rental is for families only. No house parties allowed.
NO Pets allowed in house or on the property.
No Smoking allowed in the House.
No golf cart included in rental. We do not have a cart for rental.
Check-in is 3:00pm and Check out is 10:00am.

Great house for multiple families

This house was wonderfully decorated and laid out. We had two families with three little girls who rotated top bunk in the kids bedroom. The queen bedrooms worked great for the parents and we still had an extra bedroom for a guest for a couple of nights. The first floor living area was well decorated and nicely furnished. The porch was a fantastic place for eating since it has a large table for the adults and a smaller table we used for the kids. Parking area was great with a grill, shower, porch swing, & TV. This was a nice place to hang out and clean up after long days at the beach. Property is not within walking distance of the beach so a golf cart rental is recommended. The owners were very gracious and concerned with our comfort. They called a couple of times during the week to ensure everything was working out for us. One star taken away for lack of cleaning/linen service which was not obvious to us from the listing. This was explained in the documentation we received, but this documentation was not received until after the final payment (30 days prior) which is also after the cancellation cutoff. The owner's should update the listing to include this information.
