MOOSE POND currently has no boating restrictions. A milfoil sticker must be obtained prior to launch. User friendly boat launch is just minutes from the house. Moor your boat directly across the street for easy supervision and use. This home is very cozy and is complete with appeal for enthusiasts of all ages in all seasons.

WINTER offers snowmobiling on over 450 miles of groomed trails directly from the driveway. Ski/Board at Shawnee Peak in 15 minutes. Winter Carnival and Mushers Bowl activities nearby.
