We loved our stay at South Fleetwood. We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite as we were two couples, and the space was perfect. Very spacious, immaculately clean and very homey and comfortable. We were a 2-minute walk to gorgeous Grace Bay Beach and a 10-minute walk to restaurants and shops. The property is like a tropical oasis with a beautiful pool area and very quiet. Kitt and Colin were so accommodating and helpful. Kitt spent a lot of time with us telling us about places to see on the island and how to get there. We went out on a snorkel trip on a boat (Kitt knows the name of the owner) and I would highly recommend it. We saw many species of beautiful fish, as well as nurse sharks and barricuda. There are a couple of great breakfast places (or lunch or dinner) right on the beach. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Beautiful Home steps from the beach After looking at many home and resorts, we are so glad we chose S. Fleetwood. The home has everything you need for your stay and even for your beach outings. The pool is very clean and the grounds are always maintained well. The owners are very helpful with any needs you may have. The best beach on the island is just a short walk from the house. The pool area even has a bar and gas grill. For location, privacy and comfort I would recommend this property to anyone. Steve Z Phoenix, AZ

South Fleetwood Perfect for all ages! Finding a place for 3 college students, two moms (who had never met) and one grandmother to stay for a week was a daunting task but South Fleetwood was up to the challenge. Renting 2 of the three units gave us flexibility and privacy and lots of time to relax together. The property is lovingly maintained by owners Kit and Colin who where always available when we needed anything and invisible when we didn't! Everything was immaculate and the beach was stunning! We enjoyed early morning coffee on the beach and star gazed late into the night from the sand. If you tire of the peace and quite that South Fleetwood offers an easy walk gets you to shops, the market and restaurants. Although it was not necessary we did rent a van so that we could explore the entire island. The island is lovely, the people warm and friendly and fabulous reefs sit just feet off the shore making snorkeling easy for all levels. We have rented vacation homes in London, Paris, Bermuda and the US and South Fleetwood is one that we would recommend without hesitation to anyone! Laurie, Manchester, MA 01944

Like being at home with friends. Strong recommendation for anyone who does not like being a number at BIG resorts. Privacy with come-and-go freedom. South Fleetwood is perfect just as it is pictured. Clean, homey, cute details around pool and property, owners great with info on massage, dining, history and attractions. Lighting is great, manicured grounds, paint is fresh, 60 second walk to the beach and the sand is killer white and soft. One block from mall, restaurants and dining – S. Fleetwood is close to so many things yet hidden away and it feels like you’re living a secret for the whole time you're there. Toronto Canada

Our South Fleetwood stay. We enjoyed the location near the outstanding 14-mile white sand beach (few minutes walk to our own private beach chairs). The house is in the popular Grace Bay area. Our host Colin & Kit were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to snorkel & dine. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds. The grounds included a pool and gardens. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was very handy to have a porch for stashing our snorkel equipment after rinsing at the outdoor shower, The property is more charming than the high-rise resorts nearby. A very accurate description of the property! As annual return guests to South Fleetwood we find ourselves perpetually looking forward to returning to this tropical private oasis. Our priorities when looking for Caribbean travel destinations are safety, good accommodations, good restaurants, good weather and a long walkable beach. Given we cannot pry ourselves away from Provo and South Fleetwood for the last eight years it is safe to say our priorities are more then met. From the comfortable, clean & private Caribbean cottage villa like property of South Fleetwood to the 12 mile fantastic Grace Bay beach is a three minute walk - if you take your time. The biggest decision we have when we reach the beach is which way to walk the pristine sands as we are right in the middle of one of the longest beaches in the Caribbean. Weather is typically very dependable to be warm and dry. The number and variety of very good restaurants in close proximity to South Fleetwood makes for challenging decisions on which restaurant to choice each night. Also the availability of high quality groceries from two large local grocery stores makes meal preparation and enjoyment in your South Fleetwood accommodations or around the pool quite a relaxing experience. To make the stay all that more enjoyable the very accommodating and personable owners live on the premises which offers an additional comfort level in regards to unexpected necessities or questions you may have during your stay.
