Tastefully decorated in an Island-Style decor. Bright and comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom home. Sleeping accommodations include One Queen-sized bed, One Full-sized bed & Futon.

Large porch overlooking canal with concrete dock, davits, fish cleaning station, electricity, water and storage. Canal has easy Ocean or Bay access via Tavernier Creek or Snake Creek. Family Neighborhood has Homeowners Park with Boat Ramp and Bayfront Beach. Listen to the Tropical steel drum music while sitting on the patio with a Margarita or a Corona with a Lime!!!

MM 87 Plantation Yacht Harbor - snorkeling, swimming and other water based activities. You can also rent kayaks, clear bottom boats, and paddle boats.

As a courtesy, reservations are held 7 days only, pending receipt of 25% payment. The payment, less a cancellation fee of $45, is refundable up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations canceled within 60 days of arrival, the payment (less the cancellation fee) is refundable only if we are able to refill the reserved dates.

  • We really enjoyed our stay. The house and location are great. The neighborhood boat ramp is a wonderful bonus. Dr. Flood is great about answering any questions you may have. This is our second time staying at this house and we hope to vacation here next year as well.

  • The house was great! We are planning the 08 key’s trips now and will book again. The owner and the house are amazing and with the boat ramp just down the street not to say one of the best in the upper keys. The fishing in the area is great along with the diving for lobsters it is a true paradise.   • Tropical Paradise all the way! It was totally jimmy Buffet and Corona. the boating and fishing was world class! We had somuch fun. And the tiki bars that you can pull your boat up to were soo cute and hospitable. We saw dolphins and jellyfish and caught mahi mahi. It was one of the best trips i ever took. The owner was very hospitable and accomodating. I want to come back real soon. I hope so anyways!!!!! Come on down, You'll love it!!!!
