We stayed for a week in the winter and enjoyed walking to the plaza, shopping, and the restaurants. We skied, sledded, hiked and built a fire at night. We found the house comfortable and pleasant. It was everything advertised. It was clean, had a great laundry room, and the owner is easy to work with. The house contained evrything we needed. Our family recommends it.
Owner response:Mark, We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the house. Thanks also for the phone call with your comments. Mike

Dear Mike, My family and I wanted to say thank you and to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your house in Santa Fe. The house itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the short walks down to the Plaza. Two of the main things we look for in a vacation rental is the outdoor patio area and the dining room. They were both everything you said they were and everything we had hoped for. The large patio gave us privacy and the dining area was roomy, which allowed us to dine as a family. Again, thank you. You were really great to deal with and we all had a fantastic time in Santa Fe! The G****** Family

"Dear Mike ...We really appreciated your suggestions below and took many of them. Seems like we ate, shopped, went to museums, and ate some more. We also loved Ten Thousand Waves and spent a day driving to Taos. As I am sure Sarah told you we were giddy about seeing each other but catching up and laughing was so much fun. Thank you so much for setting a hospitable tone and venue for our ever so important reunion which also serves as a much needed bonding of old friends that are so special and hard to come by... Kathy"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home, thank you so much. The accommodations were very comfortable, plenty of space for all seven of us to have as much room as we needed. The house is perfectly located for easy ski access and anything we wanted to do around the square. We walked all over each day, even went out to Canyon Rd. It was so nice to not have to drive and park. We ate at several of your recommended restaurants and enjoyed those too. Thank you so much, Lily"

"Hi Mike, Thank you again for letting us rent your beautiful home. It was a perfect place for the wedding and my whole family really enjoyed your place. I can't believe how everything was just a walk away. Shopping area was great and location was just right. I cannot emphasize enough how things were all organized at the house. I will for sure recommend your place to our friends and hopefully I will be back your way again. Thank you and regards, Jessica and Clarence"
