We so enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very close to the plaza--easy walk during the day, but I am not sure that I would walk it at night. It's a little dark as soon as you get outside the plaza. The house itself is huge and the beds are comfortable. There are two living areas with TV's, but why sit inside when you can enjoy Santa Fe?! We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We liked our 1:1 girl-to-bathroom ratio. I would absolutely stay here again.

Zozobra 2013Guest comment entered by owner
"Hi Mike Posey, The house was more than beautiful. What a wonderful layout! And the location to the Burning of Zozobra, what a wonderful surprise. I didn't know that that was going to be happening while we were there. Last time I saw Zozobra was in '88, and it was on Labor Day Weekend! Loved your house! Did you know that Zozobra watchers use your drive way for parking? It was a great stay... it was fantastic. The pictures on the 2nd floor gave me a very good feeling. I love everything about New Mexico, and especially Santa Fe. I hope we fulfilled all your expectations of us as guests in your home...Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your house. It was so Santa Fe! Laid back comfort! Completely complimentary to "Manana"! Just one question, with such a spectacular place, how come the big tub doesn't have jets?!"

This is a great house. The owner and his daughter were very quick to respond to our inquiries and provide helpful tips/insights for our stay. The house is just as pictured, and easily accommodated our group of eight. We would definitely recommend staying here if your travels bring you to Santa Fe.

Santa Fé holiday
Santa Fé holiday
For my friends and myself this property was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, well supplied and in a great location. There were a few minor things that needed attention such as the blender being unusable and a few of the blinds in need of repair just to name a couple, nothing that truly detracts from it's appeal.

Santa Fe - Gem!
Santa Fe - Gem!
This is a beautiful property - it appears to have been professionally decorated. Looks just as good as the photos and was clean and well maintained. Property is north of town but only a short ten minute walk to the Santa Fe downtown and plaza square. All the essentials are provided such as shampoo, soap, and fresh towels. Two bedrooms upstairs with a gigantic master bedroom that has two bathrooms, bidet, bathtub and a shower. There is also an upstairs sitting area upstairs that has a pull out bed. Downstairs is another bedroom and attached bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property to a friends or family. We did have a minor problem with the Cable that was addressed quickly. Window treatments could use some repair - nothing major. You can walk to the plaza to enjoy the Georgia O'Keeffe museum, Indians selling jewelry or the New Mexico Art museum. The dining is fabulous in Santa Fe so many choices - the owner will give you recommendations. My first time renting a house and I was not disappointed - I'm going to do this again it was a wonderful experience!

We stayed here 4 nights and did not want to leave. The house is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed how close it was to the plaza and we walked everywhere. I cannot say enough nice things about the owner. He is a nice guy and so helpful- all his restaurant and sight seeing recommendations were right on. Thanks Mike- we will be back!
