"Two, If By Sea" is just a 90 second stroll from the beach walk over.
This two bedroom two and a half bath guest house, designed by Gary Justiss, is filled with casual elegance. It features top of the line amenities including a wall mounted flat screen tv, wireless internet access, surround sound for watching television, a movie on DVD or listening to your favorite CD's. Each bedroom also includes a television/ dvd combo.
In addition to the most beautiful beach in the world, Carillon Beach also features three pools, including one that is oceanfront and two that are heated, as well as tennis courts, a playground, a lake with canoes and paddle boats, and a beautiful downtown area with restaurants, a coffee shop, and boutiques.
It also has an adorable church that's perfect for weddings and has a non-denominational service every Sunday. What more could you ask for? Make your next vacation at "Two, If By Sea" and Carillon Beach!

Why the Owner Chose Carillon Beach
We fell in love with Carillon Beach the first time we saw it! An interesting side note, my mother's first name is actually Carillon! So you might say I was drawn to the community. We had been staying all along 30a but when we visited Carillon for the first time there was no turning back. We love the proximity to the bigger city attractions in Panama City Beach and Destin, and the convenience to Seaside and Rosemary.. but honestly when we come we have a hard time leaving Carillon! Once you're here, there's really no reason to roam!
The Unique Benefits at this House
I describe Carillon Beach as Seaside without the traffic. And that's really true. The architecture and community planning is similar, renowned architect Lloyd Vogt was Carillon's town planner. But because it's a gated community, the homes don't experience heavy traffic. The public is welcome to enjoy the downtown area, but the streets are relatively quiet. When we're there I feel like we're taking a step back in time. My boys ride their bikes down the streets. We've joined a pickup baseball game in the middle of our street with other neighbor children. The community is a wonderful and safe place for children to play. And I haven't even gotten to the most beautiful beach in the world! (in my opinion!) Add to that, wonderful pools, a playground, tennis courts, a lake with paddle boats, and the downtown area all within walking distance. In our minds nothing compares to Carillon Beach. Once you visit, you won't want to stay anywhere else!
Great destination with shops, a movie theatre and restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
Open rain or shine.. dolphin and sealion shows, fun for the family

We have stayed in the Carillon many times and this house was perfect for us. It accomodated two couples very nicely. There was space for our personal items and the house is very efficient and very comfortable. We loved the front porch and spent a lot of time out there. We also enjoyed the outdoor eating area and used that as well. We could walk to either the beach or the West pool in a very short time. Having the beach service was a real plus. The owners were very helpful and responded to us in a very timely manner. It was a wonderful place to spend a week! We loved Two If By Sea.

Our family loved staying at "Two if by Sea". The house is more then we expected, wonderfully decorated in "beach decor", we really felt like we were on vacation near the ocean. The walk to the beach was so convenient, and we loved the outdoor shower to remove sand after coming back from the beach. We have used VRBO at least 7 times and this was by far our best experience with helpful, kind owners. I would highly recommend the incredible beach house, our family will always remember this vacation. The Beemans
