Excellent location, perfect beach area. Condo is awesome, well kept, spotless clean, cute and comfy. Everything you would need to stay is available. The pool was heated and clean, great for the teen girls we had with us. Rick is excellent returning emails, answering questions and we would not hesitate to rent from him again. I would recommend Rick and his condo to anyone looking for the perfect, affordable and wonderful beach vacaction. Our girls parasailed from Zekes, they also were good to deal with. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Tacky Jacks for dinner is a good time. We will do this again.

My friend and I stayed at this condo as a girls getaway. We had an awesome time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, we couldn't have asked for a better view from the balcony. The beach chairs were comfortable, which made for a relaxed day on the beach. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Loved our visit! Hated to leave after four nights. Photos are exactly accurate and location is the best. Condo is well appointed, quiet, and clean. Pool is small but just right for a nice dip. Beach chairs are very comfortable and a nice addition (to rent is $25/day). Don't know of a thing I would change about the condo. Rick is especially nice and accommodating - quick to respond and very prompt with emails/return phone calls. We will definitely rent again and recommend this property 100%! Sorry pet owners but I was really glad to see this condo has a "no pet" policy.

This property was great. We enjoyed the private balcony. In late Dec. the sun shines directly on the balcony,it may be cold outside but the balcony protects you from the wind and the direct sunlight really warms you up. The condo was decorated very nicely and we enjoyed its location close to shopping. The owner recommended dining was great,eat at them all. The owner was very nice and cooperative, it was like your lost brother and you just rediscovered each other. A great vacation for my wife and I. I highly recommend it.

Just returned from 8 days staying in this fantastic condo, This was my first visit to the beach and I could not have found a better place to stay. I searched for 2 days to find the right one and kept coming back to this one. The weather was great, the sunrise is absolutely beautiful and watching the dolphins early in the morning was a sight to behold. We found some great places to eat and I highly recommend Tacky Jack's for breakfast and dinner. Thanks for sharing your condo with us ... we will definetley return.

This is perfect for a couple or a little family. We had 2 adults and 5 & 3 year old and it was perfect. The view was AWESOME! We woke up every morning, went out on the balcony and enjoyed the sunrise and the dolphins. The kids loved the dolphins just playing out in the ocean. The condo was perfect..we could not have asked for a better suited condo...it had everything needed. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and the owners are great to work with.

We had a great time! The condo was nicely furnished and the adirondack chairs on the balcony were absolutey perfect for sitting and drinking our coffee and watching the waves & dolphins. We used the chairs and umbrella(great!) from the storage room and saved probably $100 by doing that. The local Publix will steam shrimp and crab legs for you which was what we did one night and was by far everyone's favorite meal(we ate on the balcony!). Will come again soon! Thanks again, Rick!

Everything about our beach vacation was perfect! This condo was wonderful and the owner was beyond helpful and nice. We have a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old who loved the bunk beds! Everything we needed was in the condo and the view was perfect! We had the best time and look forward to coming back and staying in the same condo again! We would reccomend this unit to anyone!

My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay at your Condo. It was as beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures on your listing. What I enjoyed the most was sitting out on the balcony to drink my coffee in the morning while listening to the waves and enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf and the beach. Perfect experience from beginning to end. The owner made the rental process stress-free. The condo was perfect for our family (parents and two small girls). How amazing to wake up and walk into the living room to see the turquoise Gulf waters outside our window and sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing and the seagulls calling. The heated pool was amazing at night and during the day when the girls wanted to do more swimming. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed--including wifi, washer and dryer, lots of storage space, and cable, which came in handy the night storms rolled through so we could keep track of watches and warnings, and of course the night our team played in the Final Four. Grocery, restaurants and shops were close by, making our stay even more convenient. We can't wait to plan our next trip and stay in the same condo. Next time we might try the dolphin cruise or explore the reefs. Thanks again to the wonderful owners!

SPRING BREAK....WOW

My daughter and I came down for the Zac Brown concert the weekend of Spring Break, and all I can say is WOW!! This condo is GORGEOUS, and fully equipped... on a section of beach that is not crowded and very convienently located to the Beach Expressway, the Wharf, and lots of restaurants. The low-density building makes for easy access to elevators, pool, etc. The heated pool was wonderful during the cool nights. Can't say enough nice things about the unit/owner and will definitely be renting again!!

I was so impressed with this condo! It is decorated tastefully, and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of sheets, pillows, all the comforts of home. With it being on the second floor, it was the best view around, and to eat out on the porch is like dining right on the beach! I enjoyed staying at a smaller complex like this one, as we had plenty of pool time to ourselves! The beach literally couldn't be closer, and the price is more than reasonable for the location and accomodations. The owners are super nice, and make everything so easy! I would highly recommend to couples or families. The building is located very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, but not in the middle of all of the more "commercialized" areas, such in Gulf Shores. This is the best bang for the buck!!!

Darling condo, nicely appointed, perfect for our "for two" get-a-way though would be suitable for kids as well with bunks in hall. Well sound-proofed, clean, comfy bed and all amenities we needed were there. The owner handled all arrangements quite well, and we appreciated the local recommendations for places to eat. Doc's is amazing! We prefer less dense condos, and this one is a well priced jewel. We took to calling it "The Little Condo That Could."

My cousin and I had a great time in April. This great litttle get away had everything we needed. What a fantastic balcony and pool! Every thing was neat, clean and beautiful.
