Vacation in an ocean view condominium in the beautiful resort town of Dana Point/Monarch Beach. This 1,100 square foot ground-level condominium is ideally located in Orange County, between San Diego and Los Angeles. Situated on the Headland Bluffs overlooking Salt Creek Strands Beach, you can enjoy leisurely strolls on sandy beaches and quick daytrips to a multitude of recreational opportunities throughout Southern California.
This luxuriously appointed ocean view condominium offers a pool-side location, two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, king sized beds in each bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The California décor includes travertine flooring throughout, maple cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom fireplace. We know you will enjoy the beautiful ocean views from this elegantly decorated vacation rental!
Relax in the spacious living room on an oversized sectional sofa and enjoy a movie on the 42” plasma TV while taking in the ocean view and cozy fire. Take a peak of the Pacific in the state-of-the-art kitchen that includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and top-of-the-line culinary equipment. The airy dining area has seating for six and overlooks a private patio. This travertine covered patio provides seating for two, a stainless steel gas barbeque, and a view of the pool and spa.
In the master bedroom you will enjoy a plush California King bed, a built-in armoire containing a 32” TV and DVD player, and a console table with a cable high-speed Internet modem. The master bedroom also includes a patio overlooking the pool and spa. The luxurious master bedroom’s private bathroom comes with double sinks and a walk-in travertine shower.
The second bedroom includes a deluxe California King bed, 27” built-in TV with a DVD player, and a private patio with an ocean view. The main bathroom has double sinks and a combination travertine bathtub/shower. The main bathroom also includes an enclosed laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing station.

Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be returned 2-3 weeks after your departure, less $125 for a cleaning fee.
Payment Policy: The rental fee will be due 30 days before your arrival at the condo. Major credit cards (Master Card/ Visa/ American Express/ Discover), checks, money orders, or money transfers/wires will be acceptable payments.

When we saw this place on the Internet, we thought it looked amazing, but the pictures don’t do it justice. This condo is even more luxurious than I could have imagined! You truly have put thought into every aspect of the place and there really is nothing more we could ask of it. You two should be very proud of what you have achieved here. Just a note to say we had a very nice stay at your condo. It was very comfortable and we all felt we were in a luxury condo with all your beautiful detailing. Great location with the ocean views and not too close to the street etc. We thought the units couldn't be in a more perfect location since Dana Point is a favorite area of Randy and I. It was perfect for my father since he didn't have to negotiate but just a couple of steps. All of us wanted to take the picture of the sailboats home with us! My mother enjoyed the funicular and also negotiated the steps a few times. My brother and family were able to rent a unit fairly close to yours so it was ideal. We all went to Las Brisas (a favorite) for her 90th birthday dinner. Have a nice rest of your weekend. I think it's supposed to get to 109 here today so we will be thinking about Strands Beach.

I would just like to say what a wonderful holiday we had staying at your condo in Dana point, despite a week of weather that was more suited to England!! Your condo really is a home from home, and you have thought of every last detail. There was plenty of room for the five of us and the travel cot was a godsend for our baby.
