Villa Mare consists of a kitchen/dining area/sitting room, four bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms), three bathrooms and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan kitchen/dining area/ sitting room, with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool.

To make your stay in vacation Villa Mare on Hvar Island as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, a direct telephone line and Internet connection. To protect your peace and privacy, Villa Mare is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.

Villa Mare location: In the peaceful western part of Hvar town, 50 m from the sea and small, pebble beaches, are the Hvar vacation villas – four newly-built holiday villas, each with a private garden and outdoor pool. A pleasant 15 min walk along the shore will bring you to Hvar town center. Like four elegant ladies, Hvar vacation villas have been fitted out with the most attractive, modern furniture, yet each is individual. They are named after elegant ladies remembered from childhood, as a permanent reminder of them and their goodness. Each of the Hvar vacation villas has two floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably. The villas are ideal for family holidays or groups of friends.
Hotel Pharia is close by, with its reception and other facilities. The helpful Hotel Pharia reception staff are on call 24 hours a day to listen to your needs and fulfill your requests.

HOW TO REACH HVAR:

The nearest international airport - Split airport (Resnik). Split airport is 30 km distant from Split port (shuffle bus, rent a car, taxi). From Split port take the catamaran directly to Hvar town (1 hour drive) or the ferry to Stari Grad (1.5 hours drive). Take the modern tarmac road from Stari Grad to Hvar town (about 39km) bus, rent a car, taxi.

Brilliant House, excellent facilities, great pool and a wonderful location. Hvar is a beautiful Island and very friendly - would certainly recommend a day out on a boat!!

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

For children from 12-17 the tourist tax is 50% off and for smaller children it is free of charge. * Conditions for payment: 30% when confirming reservation, 70% 35 days prior to arrival. * We can accept payments by credit card (MC, VISA) or bank transfer. * Refundable credit card authorization for the sum of 500 EUR on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance, pool maintenance. Cancellation policy : In case the guest cancels the confirmed booking 35 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the 30% of the total amount, the remaining 70% will be returned (less the bank costs). If the confirmed booking is cancelled 35– 0 days prior the guests scheduled arrival, Orvas d.o.o. is entitled to keep the full amount 100%.
