This peaceful cabin is on six shared acres located on the "Famous" Indian River with dock space available just steps away from the cabin. There is a fish house for cleaning and disposing of fish remains. The 400 foot shared dock is located on a channel that leads into the Indian River. The boat launch (public access) and gas station/store is less than one mile away.
There is a community firepit for all those great northern nights. There is a covered porch on the front of the cabin of large cedar logs and cedar siding, log window trim and a back deck. There is a small stream that runs through the yard. The cabin interior is mostly knotty pine, with new furniture & some rittenhaus pieces. The Cabin is kept very clean.
Neighboring cities are Cheboygan, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Gaylord and Mackinaw City & Mackinac Island for golfing, shopping, cinema's, restaurants and/or sightseeing. Plenty of Lakes and Rivers for all your outdoor activities.
