This villa is deceivingly spacious (1823 sq ft) and luxurious, with private screened pool and extended deck area, suitable for disabled use. It is in a secure gated community close to major attractions. Gulf and Atlantic coasts only one to one and half hours drive. Close to Interstate 4 and Hwy 27, local shops & 24 hour garage only one mile. There are 28 Golf Courses with in a 10 mile radius of the villa, including Champions Gate National & International courses and David Leadbetter Acadamy, Highland Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Mystic Dunes etc.
The villa has it's own private fully screened pool, with lawns beyond. The large pool has underwater lighting for those balmy summer nights, wide steps into the pool, which facilitates easy access for the disabled, with support. There is a pool heater for use in the cooler months. It is recommended to use the heater from the beginning of October until the end of March. There is a pool blanket available to retain water temperatures, when the heater is in use. Depth of pool -3ft to =5ft 6".
Living Room is furnished with two sofas, two occasional tables, large dining table and chairs, 26 inch Cable TV, DVD/Video/CD Player, books and games,and breakfast nook also has another table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Laundry and drying facilities are provided.
There are two double bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, dresser, wardrobe, and two night stands with lamps. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with double shower, double bath, two wash basins and separate closet. Second bedroom has adjoining bathroom with washbasin, bath/shower and toilet. Two twin bedrooms have twin single beds, dresser, wardrobe, one night stand and lamp. They are both connected by a 'Jack& Jill' bathroom, with washbasin, linen cupboard, bath/shower and toilet are separate.
All local telephone calls are free, for other calls you need a phonecard or credit card. A safety deposit box is available at a small extra charge. For safety of the 'little ones' as screen is provided for the pool, doors are alarmed when needed, and a room can be made secure for them to play in. Buggy, travelcot/playpen are provided.
24 hour Emergency service is provided by our Management Company in addition to other services.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your lovely home. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a great vacation. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortably furnished. The location was great for visits to the area attractions, groceries, shopping and restaurants. We loved having our own private pool. Everything was handled in a pleasant and proficient manner. We have recommended your rental to our friends and family and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this house Jan 1-8, 2011 and found it to be the perfect vacation house. The furnishing are in very good condition and fit our family. The pool was the perfect way to end a day of sightseeing! Not only is this house close to Disney it is a easy trip to the grocery store, Redbox!, and a nice ice cream shop on Route 27 South. Our girls wanted to try a couple of adventures (Forever Florida zipline and Airboat ride) that were in the Kissimmee area. The house is an easy trip there without traveling through every light on Rt 192. We had one "problem" with the internet cable and the management company was on sight to fix it within an hour of the call. Can't ask for more!

i love the house it was very cozy and felt like home very clean, very big house and close to the parks and stores.had all that we need to cook, clean towels and clean linens. very quite place. i am looking forward to come back and stay in this house again, the owner was very pleasant and nice to deal and contact. she was very easy to contact and answer the emails very fast. the house was very accessible for my kid with handicapped and safe. i really do recommend this property and the owner. we had a great and pleasant holiday! and will recommend to my friends and family. we will be back soon! thank you! cant stop talking about the great holiday we had and how good we felt with our choice of renting this villa instead of a hotel room. very comfortable.

We stayed in this house in July 2010 for two weeks. We enjoyed every minute of it and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Rachel could not have been more helpful in the planning stages of this vacation. We will definitely stay in this house again if it is available and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Disney area.

This was our 2nd wedding anniversary for the most part then the kids got to going at the end of week this is a very nice and big home we love and enjoyed our time here the main thing is when we go back we have a place to stay and we will be back thank you for a time that will be remembered and a place that we will not be forget any time soon also the price is way better then fair a very good deal worth every penny..I will and have told many friend about this place.when we were there we went to discovery cove and swim with dolphins and wet & wild and to sea world had a very good time all week and the shopping center are with in 10 or 15 mile and you can shop to you drop lol we did . The home is very will take care of very clean like that a lot over the whole stay and all the activities and attractions this place gets a very easy five star from us and i thank from you after your stay here...

This house exceeded our expectations!! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to everything and disney about 10 min. The children enjoyed spending time in the pool. It definately is one of the nicest Orlando properties we have stayed at. Communication with Rachel whas perfect from the beginning. Mooie villa met een groot zwembed, perfecte locatie en dichtbij Disney. Het huis is erg schoon nette lokatie, gesloten communitie.Communicatie met Rachel was perfect,absoluut een aanrader. Our party consisted of my husband, myself and two daughters in their early 20's. We were in the area to visit Disney World and Universal. This home made a wonderful place to come "home" to at the end of each touring day and we really made use of the soothing pool and patio area. We used the grill for dinner a couple of evenings and enjoyed eating in the spacious kitchen. It was wonderful to have space to spread out in at the end of the day and we all enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa is also nicely appointment and suited our needs very well! We would highly recommend this home to other travellers.

My family had a wonderful time while in Orlando, and the villa contributed greatly to our vacation's success. The villa was clean and had everything we could want. I can't even begin to calculate how much money we saved during the week by preparing our own meals. It was so close to Disney (10 minutes) that we could drive home, eat and swim for a bit, and then drive back to Disney for more fun. Also, my kids (5 and 7) loved the pool! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in Orlando, and will look to rent it again on our next visit!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in this well-maintained, clean, nicely decorated home. It was close to EVERYTHING. Disney, Universal and even grocery stores and restaurants. We loved staying off site this time and will do it again. Everyone was professional and prompt. Only draw back was no wireless network and no Jacuzzi tub for aching feet after a long day at the parks. Other than that we were thrilled. Can't wait to come again.

After receiving literally hundreds of replies offering various villas in the Orlando area, I chose the Azure Villa. I dealt with Rachel who was extremely accomodating from start to finish. Her communications were first class and very informative, from description of the villa right down to the basics of getting to it. So the big day finally arrived and we finally touched down in Orlando. On entering the villa, I was even more impressed than I had been after seeing the photographs. The master bedroom ensuite blew us away,so much so that our son Ross(10) claimed this for himself and Mum and Dad were banished to the secondary bedroom. We loved the spacious pool area, where if you enjoy the sunshine you could happily sit all day.(There is even a shaded area where the kids can play safely , if they want to get out of the sun for a wee while.) All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to both friends and family. It is convenient for all of Florida's attractions and more.
