Sunshine Cottage on Sanibel is a private home nestled among tall, swaying palms and lush native plants. Its tropical decor displays sunshine motifs, sunflowers and seashells in every room. The 2-bedrooms/2-bathrooms (in a split-plan configuration) afford optimum privacy. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has twin beds.
The cottage is well appointed and current, yet reminiscent of an Olde Florida Beach Cottage. The screened front porch is made for relaxing and for enjoying all of the sights and sounds of nature.
TERMS: Minimum stay is 28 days. $300 refundable deposit due within 7 days to confirm reservations. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded after your departure. Thirty (30) days prior to occupancy, the full rental is due. Once the full amount is received, we will mail you the house keys. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Leave the keys on the table, lock the lower front door lock, and have a safe trip home.
