This villa has the most convenient location in Hilton Head. It is located an easy seven minute, two block walk to the beach. It's easy first floor location makes bringing in groceries, clothes and equipment a breeze.
Use of Players Club Health Club and and World Class Van Deer Meer Tennis facility is included in the price. At the health club is the indoor pool,racquet ball court, and all the usual equipment. Plus there are free classes such as yoga, aerobics, pilates, etc.
It is a five minute walk to the grocery store, three fun restaurants, ice cream, stores and miniature golf. It is also a nice walk to more restaurants and shops at Coligny Circle.
Beautiful outdoor pool with lounge chairs on a spacious sun deck. Indoor pool at the health club. Villa has new ceramic tile in kitchen, halls, and bath rooms. New mattresses.
