  We were very pleased with our stay at this villa from the start to the finish of our holiday. Even before we began our holiday I received great service regarding the booking. Booking was a hassle free process and the villa information guide we received 3 weeks prior to arrival was very useful. On arrival the villa was matching it's description and did not disappoint in any way. It was spacious, clean and inviting. Travelling with 6 other guests made the separate bathrooms in each bedroom particularly handy! We also appreciated the BBQ, hot tub, wireless internet access and games room among many other things. The villa itself was in a very well kept resort and it was situated close to a Walmart and restaurants which was good. The Medieval Times restaurant was also very close (easy walking distance) and it was nice to go there one evening. My friends and I really enjoyed our time in this villa and I would happily recommend it to a friend! It was lovely! Thank you.

  From day 1 of looking at this villa, till now writing this review, i can honestly say it has been a pleasure for us to spend 3 weeks in this stunning villa.. The owners not only provide their home in my opinion they provide the whole package, not a question i asked was too much trouble for them to answer.. The villa was absolutely stunning the location was perfect, the villa had every single thing you could ask for to be in a home, i have stayed in many villas over the years but i have honestly never stayed in one so clean and advertised exactly as it is. we know for sure when we can go back to florida there is no contest for where we stay we will most definately go back to Tinkerbell at bellavida.. thank you so much for letting us stay at your stunning home

  a great location, great accomodation with two types of pools:- one to swim in and one to pot balls on while relaxing in the evening or doing your laundry ! if you want close proximity to the attractions, a wall mart 200 yds away, site security, secluded pool and loads of rooms with a huge kitchen /lounge/diner then this is for you. will be recommending this place to friends and family. 5 out of 5 all round.

  We had a great time at the Villa As advertised you have everything you need for a great holiday. A great pool area Clean, tidy and well appointed living area all mod cons and utensils Close to theme parks and Walmart The property was clean and well maintained, Anthony made life easy regarding the booking process and the guidance received was spot on. A far better way to enjoy Orlando than being in a hotel and this home was a good choice for us Being able to fall out of bed, have breakfast, laze about the pool, wash clothes at the drop of a hat, get in late and watch TV without disturbing the kids in bed, browse the internet for restaurants etc etc etc. Just a few of the simple things that can become a chore when living a hotel life during your holiday.   From the moment the Villa was booked, Tony provided concise and informative emails, including providing links to other websites for tickets, and the DiBB website for Brits was invaluable for first timers to Orlando like we were. Arriving for the first time at the Bella Vida Resort did not disappoint, the resort was safe, quiet and very relaxing. Central to all the attractions and really less than two minutes drive to Walmart for all the essentials, although you can’t see Walmart from the resort so no traffic noise and bright lights. Tinkerbell’s Treasure Trove was an absolute delight, and exactly as the photographs depicted. The interior was immaculately clean, with a fresh smell, lots of space to move around, furniture and beds in very good condition, with crispy fresh linen, and a supply of extra towels, bedding, pillows including pool towels a plenty and more than enough for a three adults. The kitchen had everything you would need for a home from home, all the appliances worked and the cooker and fridge immaculately clean. We even discovered the crushed ice maker in the fridge after we had bought Ice from Walmart, a laugh out loud moment for us. Plastic glasses for around the pool area were just great and every need catered for in the kitchen and Villa. The washer and dryer were easy to use and so much faster in time to wash and dry than the UK, so don’t be put off using the facilities. Games rooms and consoles were a treat and the TVs in each bedroom was just what we needed for some quiet time. We purchased the pool heating as we were there during November, it was really lovely and warm, and so worth the extra expense, a dip in the spa and pool after a frenetic day at the parks and sightseeing was a welcome treat. The music system in the villa was great especially around the Pool area, and the Pool lights were fabulous. David from the Management Company was very helpful when we arrived, he answered all our questions and provided instructions on setting the pool lights and spa, including good tips for the recycling and trash collections. A nice chap to deal with when you first arrive. Overall the Villa exceeded all our expectations, and became part of the holiday memories.Tinkerbell’s Treasure Trove comes highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

  The house is nice, the pool area is nice, the master's bed is fantastic!!! Having a bathroom for each bedroom is cool!! Then the heated pool never worked and could not be fixed during my stay. (A bummer since that was the reason of the trip - relaxation by the pool the entire visit) Then the internet that worked the first day lost it's connection and was never resolved during the remainder of our stay. (And a rude conversation from the management group) Then the low quality kitchenware caused issues for me cooking our own meals to satisfy a special diet . (Only one large skillet that was badly scorched, mangled potato peeler, broken cheap scissors) Then the disposal was not working (Maintenance came to fix and talked to me like I was the one that caused it to get clogged) There are certainly not enough towels for pool and baths for the amount of people the house can occupy. The carpeting needs replaced. (Many - too many stains) The couch cushions keep sliding out so you can sit comfortably. Each TV has different channels???? - How can that be? -- The large TV in the living room that we wanted to watch would only go to the spanish channels. We could not figure out how to change that. But after 2 days of no heated pool that we paid for - we went to the clubhouse daily and was at least able to get in their hot tub. We really enjoyed the clubhouse!!! Why have such a beautiful home and buy cheap stuff to put in it??? I would not recommend this home to my friends. The competition is too vast with lesser disappointments. I usually do not submit reviews - but I felt this one called for it.

  Owner response: These Guests are the first ever!! to make such comments about our home, that are not warranted!! Some of the issues were caused by the Guests, but they chose to hide them and were then found out and spoken to. If they were reported during their stay, then they would have been dealt with appropriately!! Each TV changes channel, because it is Cable and set up that way for all homes on the Resort, everyone else has worked the TV's fine and never mentioned anything about Spanish Channels only, which is a ridiculous comment as the Channels are the same for every home on the Resort!! Anyone reading this, will quickly see this review is an exaggerated one off review!! (by simply reading as many of the other 30+ reviews, (with 5 out of 5 ratings and comments on near enough all of them!!) that this Guest has nothing better to do than exagerrate the truth in their review, to get out of the cost of the Garbage disposal that was broken by them, (dropping a glass in it) and ironically we had even waivered the small $40 cost they caused, to offset the unexpected Pool heat loss, that was fixed as quick as the technician could get the part for the Pool Heater!! Like all homes, events will happen that are unexpected, but we have always had them fixed as soon as practicably possible, to ensure the impact of the Guest stay is mimimized, as clearly mentioned in previous reviews of our Villa. As the saying goes "you can't please all the people, all of the time!!"

  Just returned recently from an amazing 1 week stay at Tinkerbells Tavern. I must say that the pictures on the internet do not do justice to the Villa! The pool/hot tub with screened cover was amazing. All the amenities you could ask for and more! Will definetly stay here again as soon as possible! The owner of the Villa could not have been better either, from the begining to the end down to the detail I could not have asked for any better service. I searched many places online before booking this and have no regrets what so ever with the choice to book Tinkerbells Tavern. The price, location, convenience, and quality were all above and beyond expectations! It took exactly 8 minutes and 2 roads to get to Disney from the Villa.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
