Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this absolutely amazing, tastefully-decorated condominium is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops. Tanger Outlets and Supercenter Walmart are just minutes away. We stay in this non-smoking condominium often, so you will find it well-taken care of and completely equipped with all the amenities.

The master bedroom has a sliding door facing the beach, so you can enjoy waking up to the sounds of crashing waves. Savor your morning coffee on a roomy, 200-square-foot private balcony. Unit features 9' ceilings and crown molding throughout. Granite countertops in fully-equipped kitchen where original overhead fluorescent lights have been removed and replaced.

If relaxation is what you are looking for, this condo is the perfect place. Located directly on the beach with spectacular views from an extremely large balcony. You will not find a more beautiful beach to relax and catch some sun!

If you are into adventure you will find jet skis, parasailing, sailboats, fishing and more. Island Royale is equipped with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and fitness center. Enjoy outdoor grilling at Island Royale's own private picnic area. Family fun is minutes away with water parks, miniature golf and amusement parks all within a few miles.

There is no need to over-pack on this trip as our condo has its own laundry room with washer and dryer. We have equipped this unit to meet our needs, so you will find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

This unit is IDEAL for year-round rentals. SNOWBIRDS are welcome! Being from Ontario, Canada, we can appreciate having a great option like Island Royale from November to February!

    • Kid Friendly : Absolutely! Kids love the beach and the pool. We have a three-year-old who loves the condo. The sleeper sofa is great for kids.

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores for more than 20 years. When an opportunity came up to buy a unit in Island Royale, we were thrilled. The building suits our family perfectly with its location, amenities and nearby attractions.

We love that we can be on the beach or in the pool within a minute. We've travelled to Florida, California and much of North America and we've found that the quality of the sand on Gulf Shores' beaches is the best we have ever experienced.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores since 1990 and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Shops, stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. The condo is directly on the beach. You wake up in the morning and see the ocean from your pillow. Families with babies/children were staying next door and we never heard any noise from either side. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Loved our vacation condo!

My family of four, with two kids ages 5 and 10, stayed in this unit for a week and it was awesome. Very clean and well equipped, this place had everything we needed. The furnishings were newer and nicer than I expected to find in a beach rental, everything was top notch. The pools and beach were great. The location of the condo is also a plus, very close to the center of town but not overcrowded. If we decide to go back next year (which we probably will) we will definetly try to stay here again.

Perfect place for a nice getaway!

My best friend and I went for a girls' weekend and we couldn't have had a better time. The new decor was lovely. We spent hours sitting on the balcony watching the waves crash. We rented lounge chairs and an umbrella from the beach for $25/day which was great. And Pier 33 is right across the street so getting groceries, beach accessories, etc was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with wine glasses and dishes and everything. We will definitely be back soon.
