  Everything thing was wonderful except for the sofa bed! It is AWFUL and should be replaced immediately!

  Our stay was just what we needed, the condo was awesome. Definitely will be back! In walking distance to lots of stores & the hangout - one is across the street which was very convenient.

  The condo was beautiful and decorated lovely. But for some reason I thought there were two beds in 2 bedroom..:-(. I'm not sure why I got that impression. That wa the ONLY negative in the whole stay.. Very happy with the ease of reservations and the condo its self. Thank you

  This was our second visit to this particular condo suite. We LOVE it Other than the "hurricane" that ran us back to Arkansas. We would have stayed forever. Got our refund and plan to have a better stay in 13!!!!

  Condo was beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms nice and spacious. I would definitely love to stay here again.

  We just returned home from our first trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was awesome. We planned on doing a lot of stuff but the kids liked the beach so much that we cancelled some of our outings just to pend more time on the beach. The view was amazing from the balcony. With a 2.5 and 6 year old it was very convenient being so close to the beach that coming and going to the beach was no hastle at all. The unit was beautifully decorated and has a very open feel. We had some friends over with kids one night for dinner and we all had room to play and visit. We saw dolphins out in the gulf from our unit one morning. Don't forget your flashlights and buckets for sand crab hunting!

  This was our first time to visit Gulf Shores and we had an amazing time. We were extremely pleased with our stay at Island Royale. The condo we stayed in was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed. They property was very well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be back next year and will recommend to family and friends!

  We stayed here for our first visit to Gulf Shores in June2012.. If we had to describe it all in one word it would be .. incredible!! The condo, the views, the area! We traveled down with our 4 kids and had planned to try to visit Bellingrath or USS Alabama but once we walked in the condo and literally went straight out the patio door to the balcony to see the ocean. That is where we stayed the whole time except to go shopping and out to eat a couple times either on the balcony or on the beach. We LOVED it and before we left we we're already planning our trip back. ;) The condo itself was perfectly equipped. The only thing I forgot was my hair dryer LOL!! I was able to prepare almost all our meals, wash our clothes during the time there. The condo was spacious for all of us and is very nicely decorated. It was just like our second home we felt so comfortable in it!! I would without a doubt recommend this to anyone looking to come..Thank you For making it a place that we could feel like home in:) We can't wait to get back to the shore.. Blessings, Tera

  We have been coming to Gulf Shores since 1990 and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Shops, stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. The condo is directly on the beach. You wake up in the morning and see the ocean from your pillow. Families with babies/children were staying next door and we never heard any noise from either side. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
