This is probably the GREATEST family resort on Hilton Head Island. Named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 resorts on Hilton Head Island. The two bedroom is a tennis villa which is 250 yards to the best beach on the island and an olympic-size oceanfront pool. The two bedroom is located in building A. The one bedroom is oceanfront building A.
The complex is centrally located, beautifully maintained, and provides everything you could ask for, TEN LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS featuring fully equipped pro shop offering both private and group lessons, children's summer activity program, a large fishing lagoon, oceanfront Tiki-bar and RESTAURANT WITH entertainment throughout the summer.
. The two bedroom has two twins in one bedroom and a queen bed in the master bedroom with two full baths. THERE IS a convertible COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM OF Both condos that convert to beds. I have a blow up bed in two bedroom that can sleep kids. There is also fast speed internet.
Our non smoking Condos have full kitchens equipped with everything you will need, but if you choose to dine out the Island has more than 170 Restaurants. Both Condos are on first floor and convenient.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has an indoor boardwalk with a bar and restaurant and conference center. There is a convenience store with groceries and video rentals. Bike and roller blade rentals are available to use on the many paved bike trails around the island.
No pets allowed and no smoking allowed in Condos. Both have balconies. There is 24 hour security guard house and roving patrol. This is a mid island location and close to everything.

My family recently stayed at this condo and we were so very pleased with everything. The place was clean and neat the facilities were awesome,including 2 of the restaurants we ate at onsite. The owner Barbara was so accommodating and great!! We would definitely stay with them again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We stayed in the one bedroom condo two years ago. However I was just thinking of it and realized I never left a review so I thought I'd correct that. The condo was really lovely and clean, the price was more than fair, and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The owner was very helpful and everything went as planned. We will be staying here again in the future!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

WOW' THIS truly was a vacation to be remembered. (not to mention a beautiufl honeymoon) My husband and I were surporised with this trip at our wedding ...and honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but when we arrived I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It didn't even feel like a vacation...it felt like home. We will be sad to leave but hopefully we can visit again, thank you so much, Patrick and AmandaDid you find this review helpful? About the owner: I was born in South Carolina and went to Hilton Head before there was a bridge to cross over. I have always loved Hilton Head. When I married my husband Hank in 1985, we started visiting and always said this would be a wonderful place to retire. So we are getting closer to that dream and are very excited about living in HIlton Head. MY dreams were shattered when my husband passed in February 2012.
Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort:
It is only a 4 hour trip from our home in Fayetteville to Hilton Head, so easy to reach.
Since I vacationed with my folks way back when there was not a bridge to drive over, I have loved Hilton Head. (Just wished I had bought property back then.) This is where my kids and I vacationed also.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are so close to the ocean, a few minutes walk from the tennis villas and just few steps from the Ocean Villa.
THe restaurants have such wonderful seafood. We love the area.
