overlooks the Championship Golf Course & the Ocean.
DESCRIPTION:
The villa stands within 1.5 acres of manicured grounds,here nature is all around you. High vaulted ceilings,open plan living,luxury sofas,cable tv,music system,internet & A/C through out,makes this villa feel like a home away from home. For those quieter evenings board games & reading books are provided. The enclosed porch is very spacious,great for solitude for reading your favorite book, or to view the panoramic scenery. All 4 bedrooms are spacious,with AC, powder room, and en suite bathroom with hot water. The FULL SIZE private pool comes equipped with outdoor furnishings,pool toys & showering facilities. Cotton linen, Beach & Bath towels, iron and washing facilities are also provided.
KIDS:
This villa is very child friendly.Various toys are provided for their leisure.
We also have: baby high chairs(2),crib(2),baby bath,kids toilette seats(2).
ATTRACTIONS:
Most major attractions such as Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Prospect plantation are all within 20mins reach. Water sports and horse riding are available locally.
TRANSPORT:
Airport transfers and Island tours can be arranged if required. Car hirer is not recommended unless you are familiar with driving on the left.
SERVICES:
This villa is fully staffed. Upon arrival you simply give local currency to the chef and he will purchase and prepare delightful meals and juices for the times YOU request.Have your meals served wherever you choose.(smoking permitted outdoors only) We also do weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

Why the Owner Chose Runaway Bay
From the moment we saw this Villa, we were sold by it's beauty, space, views and rustic charms. Having the swimming pool, tennis court and golf course all on the door step, made it very very appealing to us. The high ceilings and very large Louvre windows only add to the appeal.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
This villa is situated in the up market cool hill Estate of Cardiff Hall. The use of the private beach nearby is an added bonus, and there are several top hotels and many tourist attractions which make this area ideal for travelers who wish to have the peace and tranquility of the a small tourist village,and still be a short distance away from the congested tourist areas in the major towns. The other good thing about the location of our villa is that we are not isolated, we are surrounded by other villas and tourist activities. Cruise ships can be seen in the distance early morning and evening several days a week, and the views from the pool deck/veranda is breath taking. We also cater for small weddings, and we have a beauty therapist upon request.
This is a 18 hole championship golf course on your door step. Play golf at your leisure for a minimum fee. Strict dress code. Learners welcomed
All items can be purchased here. It is about 10min walk from the villa. A Taxi are available to take you there if required. Everything from icecream, to newspapers.
Every thing from cooked Jamaican local dishes to cakes, patties, and drinks are available. There are indoor seating if required. Very nice. Here you will meet the locals.
