Far Niente is a premier vacation home in Carillon Beach that offers private access to the beach within steps of the front porch as well as breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost anywhere in the house! In addition, a guest house that sleeps 4-6 guests is available on the property and the houses can be rented together or separately. The guest house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa available and is located directly behind the main house. Both the main house and guest house are available for rent - Please contact us if you would like to rent one or both of these homes! The Far Niente Main House is a luxurious three story gulf front mansion with a connecting guest house that can be rented together or separately. The main house sleeps 13 guests across three stories of living space. The third floor has one king-size bed, one queen-size and two bunks with two baths available. The second floor has one bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom. The first floor is furnished with two queen beds and has a full bathroom. House amenities include a whirlpool bath, a surround sound stereo system, 50 inch TV, VCR / DVD player, two spacious porches, and fireplaces. In addition, three sets of complimentary beach chairs with umbrellas are provided for guests of Far Niente. Walk off of the private dune walkover onto the beach and enjoy these complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas just feet from the waters edge. The Far Niente Guest House is located directly behind the main house and can be rented either separately or along with the main house. It is a lovely two story guest house with a connecting walkway to the main house. This house has two bedrooms and two and a half baths, as well as a sleeper for additional guests.
