Koa resort is a quiet complex with some of the most beautiful lush tropical landscaped grounds you will see on maui.This townhome was completely remodeled in 2005 and new central air just installed. This unit is 1800 sf of luxury at its best. We also have a 3 bedrm right next to this one, vrbo#139728 for those large groups.We have tried to think of everything to make you feel right at home. Just 20 steps to the large heated resort style pool with plenty of lounge chairs.You can sit out on the lani with a cool drink and watch the kids play in the pool.There are ceiling fans in every room. There is also a gas grill just outside side the lani. The complex also has 2 tennis courts, ping pong table, schuffle board and a small putting green.There is also plenty of parking in the parking lot.We are close to shops,supermarkets,banks,P.O.,durg stores and anything else you might need.
