Perfect Condo on Maui

I booked this condo for a friend of mine that was traveling alone for 3 days prior to meeting with her family for a wedding on Maui. I spent many hours re-searching different locations for accomodation and I will only book if there are previous reviews. From the first email I sent as an inquiry on this unit I was impressed. All my emails were answered promptly by the owner Susan and she answered all my questions and gave me direction for tours in the area as well as shuttle information. What impressed me was you could check into this unit any time of the day. I have rented in other areas of the country and have been limited to the hours to check in. I booked SpeediShuttle for my friend for return transportation from airport to condo and she mentioned the service was outstanding. As for the condo, she said there was nothing else that she could have wanted. The unit was clean and well kept and the location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the pool and 3 minute walk to the beach. Drinks and breakfast at the poolside bar were fabulous. She spent time walking along the beach and mentioned the staff were very friendly and able to help immediatly with any question she had. She said the unit would be big enough for up to 3 guests. Thanks again Susan for your outstanding service!

Wonderful Holiday

We had a lovely stay. The unit was very nice, although small and the Murphy bed was just fine. There was a nice galley kitchen with lots of amenities. The bathroom had a wonderful shower. The unit was nicely updated. We enjoyed our walks along the boardwalk in both directions and the snorkelling at the beach was great.

This little studio truly was our home away from home. We had everything we needed from a full kitchen, washer and dryer, to boogie boards and a beach umbrella. The grounds are remarkably well kept. The castaway cafe has decent food and the bartender was so friendly, we miss him already. Only 2 cons: a 49ers cooler (not cool with Seahawks fans) and the grill in the lanai didn't work. There is a free trolly that takes you from the condo to Whalers Village where you can catch a metro bus into Lahaina for $1. Great if you don't want to rent a car. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Ka'anapali and we have already recommended this place to everyone we know.

What a great property! Location was wonderful & we really enjoyed this condo. The grounds & pools were very well maintained and staff were very friendly. We recently enjoyed a ten day stay in this condo. It is immaculate and equipped with everything you need. The grounds of Kaanapali Villas are meticulously maintained and the sandy beach was the best we experienced. There was excellent snorkeling 100 yards up the beach to the North. The on-site Castaway Café was outstanding. You are a nearby to many good shops, restaurants and activities in Lahaina. Susan could not have been more pleasant to deal with. She gave us great information and tips to make our stay memorable. We look forward to a return trip.

Vacation in Maui - Oct 14-17

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The place was fantastic. It's definitely better in person then the pictures show. Everything in the condo felt new and taken very good care of. We even used the electric bbq on the lanai one night. Location wise, it's located at the back of the resort furthest from the beach, however the beach itself is really a min or so walk so it's not a big deal. It was quiet at night and throughout the early morning. The beach just out front of the resort is really nice, you don't have to go all the way to BlackRock for excitement. We stay stingrays and sea turtles in our area. Dealing with Susan was great. She must of answered 20 questions from me over a span of 2 days. She was quick to respond which made renting from her more comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again. Or any unit that Susan has.

We had a fabulous time staying at this fabulous condo last week! It was clean, had a lovely kitchen and nice new bathroom, and close to everything in Kaanapali. Just loved it. The owner, Susan is very friendly and you can trust her to answer all your questions!

The location of the Maui Kaanapali Villas is perfect, right between Black Rock and Honokowai with access to the beach walk. The beach in front of the property is wonderful, and there are nice shaded areas to relax and read. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and generous with a late check out needed. Our only recommendation for improvement in this suite would be higher a quality mattress, bed linens & pillows which could be softer/more comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were obviously recently updated and very nice. You can't beat this price for this location! It's ideal for 2 people. We would book again with Susan.

Very nice, perfect for a couple, great kitchen and washer/dryer available. On back of property so not much view but the walk to the beach takes about a minute through the beautifuly landscaped property. Trolley stops on property which will take you to a large shopping area. Want to come back and stay here again.

This place was clean, beautiful, and the right size. It is conviniently located to everything. The owner was very helpful and very good about following through with EVERYTHING. I had a really great experience with the entire process, from renting the condo to getting checked in. My condo was all new, so everything was neat and tidy. The bathroom was even perfect. Small details make a big difference in a studio condo. You have thought of everything for your guests. The shower felt so good after a day in Maui. The kitchen has everything for cooking a great meal. We cooked fresh fish on the grill every night.

We usually go to MKV and then the Hyatt for 2 days to finish our vacation. No need to with your beautiful, functional kitchen and bathroom. It sure feels like the Hyatt! We spent 10 nights from Dec. 23 - Jan. 2. We love your place and will be back! This is our 15th year visiting Maui. This unit is by far the best we have been in at MKV. Thanks again!

The two of us had the best time in Maui. There is always something great to do. Our room was always a nice retreat out of the hot Maui "sun", and it was the best room on the island. Thank you for the many memories we will share for a lifetime! P.S. My wife loved the laundry facilities!!
