Old Florida Village is a new community with over 60 "Seaside-cottage-style" homes with winding brick-lined streets and lush, tropical landscaping. "All U Need" is positioned directly across from the second community pool and definitely stands out from the crowd!
Old Florida Village is located within steps to bicycle paths that will take you along the beach communities of Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf Place, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
Our beach house is in a prime location with porches overlooking one of two community pools. You are minutes from the beach, shopping, and many great restaurants. And "All U Need" is a short walk (500 yards to the beach) to soak up the sun on our famous sugar white beaches and play in the surf in our crystal, emerald waters.
Enjoy this spacious house complete with 3rd story tower with a wet bar, that is great for kids, the nanny or anyone wanting their own space. There is a TV/DVD and a pull-out full size couch for additional sleeping arrangements located in the tower. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire first level and tile on the second level and there are private porches off the master bedroom and main living room which add to the private oasis and ambiance.
This beach house includes all the comforts of home including first-class furnishings, and a TV/DVD combination in every room. Free wireless internet access.
On the main level is a fully stocked kitchen and a private guest bedroom with a full bath and queen size bed.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and the master bath includes both a stand-up shower along with a tub to melt away any stresses from work or home. His and hers closets offer ample storage for a week or a month in paradise.
Also located on the second floor, the nautical bunkroom includes a bunkbead with a full size bottom and pull-out twin trundle with plenty of room for up to four children or an entire family. This fun kids room includes a private bath in the hall decorated in a delightful nautical theme. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen size bed. Both rooms come with a TV and DVD for entertaining the kids when they are not in the pool, riding bikes, or at the beach.
