The house sits on one acre of private property high above the water. A five minute walk takes you to the ocean beaches and a ten minute walk introduces you to the friendly settlement. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets while sipping your tropical drink. Enjoy the view from throughout the house, screened porch or deck. Keep your boat at our private protected dock or swim or snorkel in the clear water of the Sea of Abaco.
