We offer a clean non-smoker and no pets two bedroom furnished house with New Central Heat & Air-Condition unit , for rent year round,although the house is 200 feet from the river we own about 700 feet of mowed river frontage with a gravel road all the way to the stream(if you do not want to walk the 200 feet from the rental house) and plenty of shade trees.You are welcome to use our river frontage for free and the State of Tennessee has a boat ramp on the other side of the river that is also free to use. Located on the Watauga River,(very cold 42 degrees year round) which is a Trophy Trout Stream in Johnson City,Tennessee and 15 miles from another trophy Trout stream the South Holston. We are in East Tennessee about 90 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigion Forge.
If you go to Gatlinburg or Pigion Forge every time you try to go anyplace, you will set in a Traffic Jam and look at a lot of cars, so we offer a lot of LOW COST things to do in our area without the heavy traffic jams, but are still close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg if you would like to go(about 90 min.). In winter we have Ski resorts in North Carolina mountains (about 30 minutes away) and in summer we have cold mountain streams(42 degrees)to cool off in, and several of the cleanest Large (TVA) mountain lakes in the world!
State Parks, with swimming, fishing,rafting, picnic areas, golf,horse riding, boating,civil war hotspot (for relic hunters)and many more things to do that cost nothing or very little.High Speed Internet connection is available if you need it .
We have Great Medical centers, restaurants, anything that you can think of! So instead of sitting in a Traffic Jam come to East Tennessee for a CHEAP FUN VACATION!!
