Plus, Treasure Island features a large heated pool in a lovely tropical setting with 120-foot pool deck complete with deck chairs, a kiddie pool and gazebo, plus fitness room, game room, and covered parking garage.

The condo unit is a spacious, two bedroom unit located on the 22nd floor with approx 1400 square feet of living space. The view is nothing short of spectacular & breathtaking! (see our website for several photos depicting the actual views).

It is a NON-SMOKING unit (smoking is allowed outside on the balcony) that has completely new furnishings that feature the highest quality in décor and standards!

We feature a king-size bed in the master suite (gulf front with balcony), a queen-size in the guest suite, two built-in bunk beds for the kids and a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the den - in total, you can sleep eight very comfortably (you will even fight over the pull out couch as it is so comfortable).

The master bath features double vanities, a large double shower (his and her showerheads) and a huge walk-in closet.

The kitchen would make a chef happy with granite countertops, full-size stove and refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster, glassware, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Additionally, our unit has a private in-unit large capacity washer and dryer.

I assure you, if you stay in this unit, you will never stay in another again!
