Where your life will never be the same after time spent in our Gulf Front home. This very spacious home has recently been completely remodeled, with upgrades and fresh paint inside and out. We, the owners, have a goal to offer our guests the feel of being at home while at the beach. This goal is being accomplished by offering a clean spacious home with very classy upgraded decor, amenities and covered parking!
Enjoy the screened porch for just relaxing, reading a book or watching the world's most beautiful sunsets (See Photo Below). These sunsets can be seen from the Grand room, either of the two decks, or from the two master suites. Free Broadband-Wireless and Cat 5 hook ups! Free unlimited long distance anywhere in USA. There are three TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Free cable TV, CD/Cassette player, Video games, and stereo, with AM/FM radio.
The two Gulf front Master Suites with private baths have spectacular ocean, beach and sunset views.
Your children will enjoy their private room with TV and video games. This room sleeps three.
If that is not enough, just take a very short walk on our walkway to the sugar sand beach to soak up the sun, swim, hunt shells, or take a stroll on the prestigious Cape San Blas beach.
WARNING! Once you get here, you will not want to leave Sandcastle, but relax, you can make reservations for next year before you leave!

Monthly rates- Jan, Feb,and March............. $2,900/month
Rates do not include $130 Cleaning and Linen Fee, 11% sales tax added to
base rent and $300 Refundable Deposit. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Thank you so much for a wonderful week on Cape San Blas. The house was perfect and the location was too. We had a wonderful fall break. We built a fire on the beach and roasted marshmallows, snorkled in St. Joe Bay, ate at the Indian Pass Raw Bar, visited the light house. What more could we have asked for?! We had an AWESOME time! It was hot and humid... and it's Florida! We went on a snorkeling trip with Seahorse Water Safari out of Port St Joe. Capt. Gary was fantastic at finding seahorses for us to see as well as a variety of shells, occupied and uninhabited. Your house was perfect for us! We fell in love with your home. The kitchen was easy to prepare all of our meals, the dining area was comfortable and in the evening served as our work space for making hand-made greeting cards, My husband & his brothers watched DVDs nightly. Your home is so comfortable and decorated beautifully.We had breakfast on the screened in porch every morning and was on the beach by 10am every morning! We saw dolphins from out chairs on the beach...having a shade up all week prevented me from having too much sun. We can't thank you enough for sharing your home with us for our vacation. We will have our two godsons (1 single & 1 married) with us next year and will need a larger house...have any recommendations? When they aren't with us, we will be back to stay at Sandcastle.
