Retire to the downstairs "party"room, kick your feet up in the lazyboy and watch your favorite shows on the 31 inch TV. Bring friends, the kids, and fishing poles to catch a trophy bass and grill by the water.
For larger groups, be sure to ask about renting our optional owners suite. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite connected to the house and reserved only for larger groups as an addition to the house.

We stayed with a group of fifteen people at the Boone Lake Retreat for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it, The area is absolutely charming and the view from the balcony can't be beat. The comments about the driveway are true - it's steep, but it's part of the adventure. The owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond to accommodate us; we are already looking forward to our next Boone Lake weekend!

Wow - we really put this house to the test.......we had a family wedding in nearby Limestone, Tn so instead of renting hotel rooms, we rented this house and invited all the brothers/sisters/kids to stay with us! With the owners suite we had plenty of room.......we slept 15 two nights and had probably closer to 25 to eat a couple of times. I was very pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was - and big/spacious. The driveway is extremely steep - but added to the memories.....a few of the ladies opted to walk down - just another thing we'll laugh about years from now. After all the family left and it was just the two of us - the house seemed HUGE!!! We spent the day fishing (and caught our dinner) and swimming in the lake....it was the best day of our whole vacation!!!

The driveway is VERY steep, so watch your step and the undercarriage of your car, and the fishing from shore was not productive, but the property is beautiful. The views from the decks are gorgeous, and the home itself is large, comfortable, and very accomodating. The people are very friendly, and there is alot to do in the Tri-City area if you don't mind short drives. Mike was very helpful and even called mid-week to ensure everything was OK. I love this part of the country, and my family and I would definitely like to return, although a boat dock on the property would help with the fishing. Be sure to see the Lake Overlook and swimming area. Additionally, my children loved the area horseback riding.
