The sunny living room boasts a large picture window and skylight while the adjacent dining nook has its own balcony. A sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two more. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, and internet access included.

This community is very clean, well maintained, and in the HEART of excellent shopping and restaurants. The community has a luxurious swimming pool,hot tub, large sundeck with lounging furniture, parking, and a fully equipped fitness center.

  • We spent 3+ weeks there in March 2007. Condo is well equipped and clean with a corporate feel to it. No personal items to put away. Complex is well maintained. Convenient for hiking the river walk, restaurants, UofA, shopping, theatres. Despite its proximity to River Road, the condo is quiet. Note: no local phone connection.

  • The condo met our needs perfectly. We thought the location was great and it was clean and well equipped. Just one thought re. making it even better. We would have liked to see some info re.grocery stores. attractions, condo rules etc. We did leave some brochures and maps thinking that future renters might like them. We'l be back. Liz Noffsinger
