You'll find the Webber Mountain House surrounded by California Oaks on a quiet street in the north shore area of Tavern Bay. This spacious house is brimming with mountain charm and is minutes from beaches, skiing, sledding, shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking, biking, off-road trails, and everything else Lake Arrowhead has to offer.
Recently decorated, the mountain decor and unique decorating touches make this house feel far more like a friend's vacation home than a rental house. The Great Room is large and cozy with its high vaulted ceiling, ceiling-fan, and bright windows. A river rock gas fireplace brings special warmth to the Great Room, creating a cozy place where the whole family or group can come together to spend a relaxing evening after a day of fun.
The kitchen is equipped with an abundance of cooking equipment and serving pieces, and is open to the Great Room and dining area, so the cook (or cooks, for the kitchen is spacious enough to provide for many!) will never feel separated from the rest of the group.
This non-smoking three bedroom, three-bath home sleeps up to 10 people. Most furnishings are brand new and of high quality. The Master Bedroom on the third level is cozy and private with its own sitting area and secluded deck for star gazing. Two additional, well furnished bedrooms are located on the main level. One with a queen size bed and other furnished with two twin beds.
The lower level is where the fun begins! A spacious game room complete with ping-pong and video games will entertain for hours. Or, cozy-up on the leather sofa in front of the flat screen TV to watch your favorite movie!
