This spacious 1050 square footage lakeside house located on beautiful Green Lake is available for weekly summer rental.

Completely renovated/remodeled in 2005, the house sits on 80 feet of waterfront property. Spacious living room/kitchen area with full view of Green Lake. Enjoy time in the screened-in porch which overlooks the lake. Three large bedrooms, which sleeps six people very comfortably, and one full size bathroom.

Completely furnished kitchen with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and microwave. Linens, towels and paper products are not supplied. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This lake side house is not wheelchair accessible. The Hale House is located next door to the Fasel Cottage, which is also a summer rental, but more suitable for smaller groups.

The lakefront property has sandy bottom lake, dock, rowboat, picnic table and barbecue grill. There is a firepit for evening campfires.

Water recreation on the lake includes swimming, fishing and water skiing. Green Lake covers 2063 acres and has a water depth of 102 feet. Fish include rainbow, brown, lake trout, large and small mouth bass, perch and pike.

Located five minutes from Interlochen Center for the Arts, you can enjoy first rate entertainment. Classical music and dance concerts are given daily by the Interlochen students. The house is located directly across the lake from Interlochen Center for the Arts. Summer concerts are also available with "big name" artists.

Just 10 miles from Traverse City, Michigan, for convenient shopping, restaurants and entertainment including The National Cherry Festival.
