Watch the Whales, in season, from the comfort of your own wind-protected private lanai! Views, Views, Views! You can enjoy the beautiful ocean views from anywhere in the main living areas of this condo. Watch the whales breaching while you are cooking your favorite meal.
The living room is equipped with a 42" Plasma Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, VCR and CD Player with an AM/FM Radio, and a flat screen has just been installed in the bedroom. The living area features two separate built in desks so you can find a place to spread out while enjoying the view from this 3rd floor penthouse condo. Being on top floor also has another advantage, no overhead noise because there are no people above you.
The bath has a rainshower head with a built-in hair dryer so you can pack lighter. The fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove/oven, and refrigerator with icemaker/water in the door and a toaster oven. If you feel like it, you can cook an extensive meal in this kitchen.
The large leather sectional sleeper sofa has two loungers for reclining while watching your favorite movie or TV Show or just looking out towards the ocean. Adults will not be happy sleeping on this sofa-bed. It is best suited for a young child. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a feathery mattress topper and a flat screen TV.
Just because you have decided to come and enjoy one of the more remote of the Hawaiian Islands does not mean that you have to give up a single creature comfort. You will find a soft leather sofa with recliners and a kitchen full of convenience appliances waiting for you after a day in the sun. You will enjoy this tropically landscaped resort,located just 13 miles East of Kaunakakai,with its delightful grounds and oceanfront pool & cabana. Calm, safe, swimming & snorkeling beaches are nearby. Cook on the oceanside BBQ grills located in the pool area or play tennis on the lighted courts. Golf is nearby and see the North Coast of Molokai that has the highest sea cliffs in the world. Great hiking, snorkeling, diving, wind surfing awaits you or just plain relaxing in the cool tropical tradewinds that grace our beautiful Island State throughout most of the year.
From the lanai (patio) area of this third floor (Top Floor) condo you will delight in the views of W. Maui, Lanai and the blue Pacific waters. On a clear day you can even see the Island of Kahoolawe, along with Lanai and W. Maui. You will also enjoy the cool breezes as you look out over the grounds and the Pacific Ocean. Civilization will seem to melt away as you become one with the "Aina" (land). THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.

I can't tell you how much we loved our vacation and your home. Someone asked us if we had a good time and if the place we stayed at was good, I told them it was a 14 out of 10, thanks again. Kathy I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we were on vacation. We loved your condo from the moment we dragged ourself in from flying forever. We really didn't do much while on the island but that was the plan. Breakfast on the lanai every morning was a wonderful start to our day. The trade winds died for a couple of days and it was rather sticky but the bedroom was actually cooler than in front. We left a beach umbrella and a beach chair on the lanai, I hope your next renters can get as much enjoyment out of them and your place as we did. The kitchen was perfect, you had everything we needed and it was also great having the laundry. As you are aware the barking dog was annoying but the owners must of brought it in at night so that was good. I hope we left everything clean and in order. I would love to come back again next year. Jane and Doug, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Molokai. It was the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Your unit was perfect! lt was so comfortable. I made many meals in your fully stocked top of the line kitchen. My husbands favorite spot was the lanai. He took many late afternoon naps with the cool trade winds blowing. We were amazed at the hard working workers on the property. From the really nice manager who relayed messages to us from friends who tried to contact us, to security waking us in the middle of the night to have us move our car because of a power line nearby that was sparking, to the grounds keepers who meticulously kept the property immaculate. I miss the wonderful views and the cooling trade winds from your unit the most. We did take the tour to Kaulapapa and it was very educational and rewarding. It is a very sad part of Hawaiian history but also wonderful in the many personal stories of survival. I mailed books, my knitting and dvd's prior to my arrival thinking I would have plenty of time for it, well I didn't even touch them. I have recommended to several family and friends already that they need to experience what we did.....a beautiful island with wonderful, friendly people. Aloha Jane, Just wanted to drop you a short note to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We thoroughly enjoyed your unit at the Wavecrest and have fallen in love with the simplicity of Molokai. I found it to be a very healing place that allowed me to grieve for my grandpa and heal some stresses I've developed throughout the course of his untimely passing. We returned to little old Kona this morning and I feel renewed thank you again. We hope to go back someday.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean, very comfortable and the view was terrific. We also appreciated the Tom Petty and Elvis Costello CDs as they are staples in our catalogue at home. We also got a wireless internet signal from the lanai. Thank you for making the condo available to us, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay there.

Stay Dec. 26 - Jan. 06, 2007 Our vacation was wonderful. Your condo, Wavecrest, the people on the island, everything was delightful. In fact I have already contacted Friendly Isle and asked that they e-mail me the deposit amount for a stay from 12/1/07 to 1/7/08! I am hopeful C-306 will be again available. We were really ready to turn around and go back to Molokai within a day or so of being home!
