Enjoy our new central air-conditioning, new heater, new bathroom, and new windows! The outdoor areas are suitable for activities of your choice; ie., badminton,football, frisby, biking, roller skating, and more. This is the perfect opportunity for you and your family to relax and enjoy waterfront living with a quiet street, perfect for bike riding. In the early morning to the East, you can watch the glorious sunrises. In the evening looking to the West, watch the magnificent sunsets over the bay from the enclosed porch, family room, or lake side patio. Activities include viewing spectacular sunrises and magnificant sunsets; fishing boats, sail boats, water skiers,etc. At times the star gazing becomes a light show of shooting stars!
