Welcome to our adorable and affordable retreat at Dewey Beach. The Condo is located on Van Dyke Street, between Ruddertown and "Port" restaurant. We are one and a half blocks from the ocean and a half block to the bay. There is a large, private balcony from which you can see the sunrise over the ocean and set over the bay.
The Condo has two bedrooms, a beachy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and full bath. The bed arrangement is as follows: master- queen size, BR2- two full size; LR pull out sofa- queen size. Tenants will need to bring sheets and towels. Most paper goods are provided.
The condo pool is solar panel heated, there is an outdoor hose and shower, tennis courts, coin operated laundry facility, small game room, and a designated parking space.
There is an extraordinary variety of restaurants to meet everyone's taste. There is also plenty of entertainment at the local bars and nightclubs. You can ride the trolley into Rehoboth and walk the boardwalk, shop, and visit Funland (amusement park and rides). You can also shop at the tax-free outlets that line Route 1. There are also water parks, golf courses and miniature golf nearby. Everything you need for the perfect vacation can be found here!
Wireless access can be obtained through Wireless Beach Access and linen service can be arranged through Sheets at the Beach.
Please be advised that we are NOT realtors. This is our private residence that we share with those who can RESPECT it. Responsible adults and families are welcome. We do not rent to persons under the age of 21 and we will ask for proof of ID. We take pride in the condition and cleanliness of our condo and will have the unit professionally & thoroughly cleaned at check-out. However, caring for the unit while you are there is your responsibility as our guests. We will retain a $200 security deposit and a $65 cleaning fee for all rentals. There is also a 3 percent rental tax required by the town of Dewey.
We rent summer in-season weekly at GREAT rates and offer discount pricing off- season. For more information, photos or to place a reservation, contact the owners or view our website below under "Links to more information". Rentals are Sun-Sun or Sun-Fri. Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am.
Procedure for securing rental:
1. Check the calendar availability.
2. Contact owners either through this website or see below "Links to more information" (email is best).
3. Send contract, security deposit, cleaning fee and proof of age to owner ASAP to reserve date.
4. Within two weeks of occupancy, send the rental amount in total, including the DB tax.

Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach
We started coming to Dewey as newlyweds as my husband's family had a property here. When they moved to Florida and sold, we had to start looking for one of our own! This condo is great for our family. We love the beach, the pool, the bay, biking, jogging and kayaking. The location is ideal- close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to have some serenity.

This was a first time stay at Dewey Beach for our family of six. We got the place just a month and a half or so before our stay. From the pictures it seemed to have all we needed and it did. It was nicely equipped and very clean. Like the one review mentions, the pictures make things look a little bigger than they are but even for a family of six it was fine. We would recommend this place and Dewey Beach for anyone who has never visted, for sure. The owners were very nice and helpful with questions we had before and during our trip.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We just returned from our week at this Dewey condo! I can't say enough about this beautiful beach home. It's exactly as described. Location was PERFECT for us and our little family of 4. The close proximity to the beach made it ideal for us and our two small children (one turned 6 months during our week here) as we could walk back to the condo for naps. We used the pool every evening after coming off the beach to "cool off" and it was always enjoyable. Walking distance to Ruddertowne and the restaurants there as well as the Jolly Trolley stop to get the trolley into the Rehoboth boardwalk just made the trip perfect! We had no issues with any of the other permanent condo owners or renters. Everyone was very friendly. We look forward to returning again next year and for several years after! Thanks again!

worked out perfectly for us. the place was nice and clean. if you don't mind cleaning up after yourself, you don't miss the maid service of a hotel at all. it was nice to be able to use the coin laundry to wash our bath and swim towels..can't do this in many hotels at the beach...was a bit scared when i read we weren't allowed to hang towels over the railing, but there is a bar that is provided and it worked out perfectly. (and it is nice to NOT see towels hanging everywhere) didn't get the chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. The crab cakes at the neighboring restaurant, Scraps, were the best i have EVER eaten. i've stayed at dagsworthy st. in hotels for ten years and it was nice to be away from the noise and action. i know, must be getting older..... the pictures show it like it is. i was a bit surprised when i saw the bedroom with the two double beds. It appeared larger in the picture, but it worked out fine for my daughters. only drawback i can list is that the people who live in the unit below come out on their porch to smoke from time to time and when you happen to be on the deck, you smell this. other than that, i would stay there again, and i will recommend it as well. be sure to put your parking permit on your dashboard and do not be silly like i was and put your sun shades over it!
