Welcome to our adorable and affordable retreat at Dewey Beach. The Condo has two bedrooms, a nice living area with a pull out sofa, well-equipped kitchen, full bath and a large, private balcony from which you can see the sunrise over the ocean and set over the bay. The Condo is located on Van Dyke Street, between the Ruddertown and the Dewey Beach Club (now called "Scraps") - one and a half blocks from the ocean and a half block to the bay. There are also two marinas and water sports just steps away. Washer and dryer facilities, tennis courts and a pool are conveniently available on-site.
Please be advised that we are NOT realtors. This is our private residence that we share with those who can RESPECT it. Responsible adults and families are welcome. We do not rent to persons under the age of 21. We take pride in the condition and cleanliness of our condo and do have the unit professionally & thoroughly cleaned at intervals thoughout the season. However, caring for the unit while you are there and cleaning on your way out is your responsibilty as our guests. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, please request that we arrange a cleaning service at the time of contract. The additional cost of this service will be passed on to you.
We rent summer in-season weekly, from Sunday to Sunday at GREAT rates and offer discount pricing off- season. For more information, photos or to place a reservation, contact the owners or view our website below under "Links to more information".
The process to reserve the condo is as follows:
1. Check the calendar availability.
2. Contact owners either through this website or see below "Links to more information".
3. Send contract, security deposit and proof of age to owner ASAP to reserve date.
4. Within two weeks of occupancy, send the rental amount in total
