The Luxury Villa Quinta Quince was totally updated and renovated in 2005. QQ has been a family vacation home and residence for 35 years. The villa is a classical cordoban style villa perched on the side of the Cuesta San Antonio escarpment over the Seaside Port of Javea. Entrance is via private automatic gate.

This private residence is in an exclusive south facing area with views of the mediterranean sea, Javea coastline and valley, with the interior mountains as your backdrop. We get 335 days of annual sunshine!

The plot is beautifully landscaped with flower gardens, herb garden, citrus fruit trees and an almond tree. Palm trees accent the large brick paved carpark. Walls or railings surround the property.

The house is designed with numerous living areas including a sea view Naya, seaside terrace, mountain view Naya and poolside terrace. An interior patio provide the main entrance. You can follow or get out of the sun all day!

The master bedroom includes queen bed, in suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. Two other bedrooms include a queen bed or twin beds and share an adjacent bathroom. The Parador Suite is the fourth bedroom and bathroom on the upper level accessed from the interior patio. Note that all bathrooms include tiled showers - not bathtubs.

The house has characteristic wood beamed valenciano ceilings, hand made wood doors and cabinets, and handmade floor tiles in entry, seaside naya, living room and three main floor bedrooms. The exterior is distinctive with it's many rooflines and arches.

You are within walking distance of the port for walking, sunbathing, shopping, bars or restaurants. It is downhill and you have to walk back up! If you walk up the hill you enter the National Park of Montgo and can walk to the lighthouse on the point of San Antonio. A car is needed to drive to the main town of Javea and farther afield such as the sand beach/shopping area of the Arenal nearby.
