Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. My wife and I just returned from a week stay and couldn’t be more pleased. Every feature is exactly as described by Fabrice who was very responsive when we had questions before our arrival. The apartment is perfectly clean. More spacious than a hotel room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Shower head mounted high enough so you can stand under it. Remote control air conditioner unit was wonderful during the last week of September this year when Paris saw 80 degree weather. This unit would also provide heat I believe. Washer/dryer. Hair dryer. Microwave, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pans. Refrigerator with small freezer. Computer with high speed internet and printer. Phone for local and international calls (free – included by owner). Pretty courtyard. Very safe street and area even when coming home after midnight. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. St Michel Metro just down the street. Walk almost everywhere – Notre Dame, St Chapelle, Louvre, the Seine, D’Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens. We even walked home from the Eiffel Tower late one night. Great stay. Thank you Fabrice.

Stayed Sept 2011 and the apartment was terrific. Fabrice was there to meet us on arrival and the apartment was very clean and private. The location of the apartment right around the corner from Blvd. St. Michel and St. Germain is fantastic. It is in the heart of the Latin Quarter with great cafe's and restaurants. It is a short walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. A little further to the Eiffel Tower, At the other end of the street is the river so you can take a boat up and down the Seine and it will drop you off at all of the sights. You buy a pass and you just jump on or off as you please. The train station is right at St. Michell so from the aiport it is very easy to take the train and the apartment is a five minute walk from the stop. We would certainly stay here again.

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. To begin with, the location really worked well for us. We were a bit concerned about the possibility of noise but needn't have been. While some streets close by were very busy, Rue Seguier itself was quiet as was the building itself. We could find everything we needed close by and it was wonderful being so close to major galleries and parks. Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, the Louvre, the L'Orangerie, the D'Orsay, the Rodin, the Jardins des Tuileries and Jardin Du Luxembourg are all within easy walking distance. The Latin Quarter itself is full of interesting street-scapes and changes from block to block. A great place to spend a week! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was very quiet at night even though we were so close to St. Germain and St. Michel. The single large window provided ample light and ventilation. We certainly appreciated the free use of the computer and telephone (free local and international calls!) as well as the safe, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. There is ample closet space with built in drawers, open shelves and hanging space. It is very much a small room within the apartment. The photos on this website really don't do justice to this apartment ... it is a charming, comfortable and welcoming home away from home. We will unconditionally recommend this apartment to any of our friends who are planning a trip to Paris. Merci Fabrice!!

A perfect appartment at a perfect location

This appartment is so close to everything, yet very quite at night for a good sleep. You pretty much can find almost all major attractions within half an hour walk. St Michel train(RER B,C)/metro station is about 2 minutes walk. O'deon metro station is about 5 minutes walk and give us another choice for line 10. We arrived on Christmas day and were nervous about finding food for couple of days. But when we walked along Saint Andre des Arts, we felt there was no way we could loose any weight in Paris. There are so many coffee shops (including one Starbucks), bakeries and restaraunts along the street (actually continue from Buci to Saint Germain blvd). For us, we love Cartan (bakery), Paul (sandwich and restaraunt) and Le Bistro Saint Andre (restaraunt, may need reservation). Le Bistro Saint Andre is at the conner of Seguire. We had our New Year's Eve dinner there and it was perfect. We also found grocery stores such as Fronprix and CarreFour around Saint Andre' des Arts. We bought fruits, milk and beer there. The appartment is very well equipped. Fabrice prepared everything and made us feel at home. As I mentioned, although the appartment is close to many busy streets, it's very quite during night. Even on New Year's Eve, there were people celebrating in nearby street, it was back to quiteness soon after midnight. We did not feel jet lag and had very sound sleep all the time. And Fabrice is so nice that he called us before we left for CDG to alert us on possible less services of train and airport staff during holiday season so that we reserved enough time to catch our flight back home smoothly. Thank you Fabrice! You make us start preparing for next visit already!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

When it comes to real estate (to rent or to buy), the most important aspects are location, location, location. And this apartment is near the most important sites and transportation connections - one of the main metro stations is just 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment; many restaurants and shops as well as several important historical sites are literally only a few blocks away. We frequently stopped by "home" during our adventures just because it was so convenient to drop off gifts we purchased or to have a rest break. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame; 30 minute walk to Louvre - and yet with all this nearby, it is a in a very quiet courtyard just off the main streets. We slept very well every night with hardly a sound from the street. This apartment is truly very well furnished with modern appliances but with an old world charm. It has a large window with a nice view of a courtyard and other buildings. It has everything you need to live for a week or six months - a good size kitchen area with all appliances and kitchenware (electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster; washer/dryer); remodeled bathroom; comfortable bed; air-conditioning; television; phone, computer with internet and printer; CD player/radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Everything you need is here - even plenty of hangers. It is truly amazing how everything has been thought of and prepared for guests to make it feel like at home. The owner, Fabrice, was very friendly and helpful. He made the whole process of renting an apartment very easy and efficient. This was our first time vacationing at a rented apartment, and we could not be more pleased with this choice. It made our stay in Paris so much more personal and comfortable than any hotel could have made it! We stayed ten days, and we know that ten days at a hotel - even the best ones - can become tedious, but in this apartment we always felt at home while in Paris. What else can one desire! We have no doubt that for our next visit, we will stay at this apartment - if only it is available. Thank you, Fabrice, for creating a wonderful haven for travelers who seek home away from home!

A perfect apartment choice for Paris. Quick walk up to the Seine, down to quaint streets for strolls, cafes, window shopping, and convenient to subway. Yet quiet street and building; a private retreat overlooking courtyard and rooftops. Furnishings and decor just right -- charming, clean, ideal amenities. We even cooked once. Had the illusion of being residents rather than tourists....our Paris home (we wish!). Very much hope to return! Fabrice professional and reliable -- thank you.

What a wonderful apartment! We stayed for a week, and walked almost everywhere--we were in walking distance f everything, right in the heart of Paris, yet the apartment was a quiet and charming retreat. We will stay again next time we come to Paris, we can't imagine anywhere better for us. Fabrice was really wonderful, and very understanding despite our inability to speak French! Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment in our favourite neighbourhood in Paris. Fabrice was very helpful and accommodating. He happily met us at the apartment at whatever time suited us for both arrival and departure – and both times on a Sunday. We would certainly recommend this apartment – and of course – the neighbourhood.

We had a lovely time at your flat in Paris. 15 Rue Seguir was extremely clean, comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. The building is charming and is in the ideal spot for site-seeing. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions. My husband and I stayed for a week in late June (the air conditioning was a major plus as was the washer/dryer). Our luggage was lost for two days and Fabrice was very helpful and spoke to the airline on our behalf. He went above and beyond for us!! I already know where I will be staying during my next trip to Paris.
