The luxury apartment full of charm and character is located 15 RUE SEGUIER,second floor in a mostly pedestrian street in the very calm and picturesque select Saint Germain des Près quarter, one of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's left bank.

Bordering the Seine River and just beside Notre Dame Cathedral, this exceptional location in the heart of the Quartier Latin is extremely popular. It is one of the most youthful areas of Paris and also encompasses historical points of interest; for example it has been the center of Parisian education since the Middle Ages.

In the nearby pedestrian streets there are many diverse restaurants and cafes, clothing boutiques, bookstores…other services are found along the Boulevard Saint Michel, where the Sorbonne is located, and in the neighboring famous Boulevard Saint Germain.

It is a pleasant walk to many famous destinations such as Notre Dame,The Louvre, Centre Pompidou,Saint-Sulplice Church, Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée D'Orsay,Invalides,Concorde,Madeleine,Grand-Palais, Champs-Elysées and of course the walking paths alway Seine River going toward Jardin des Plants and the Natural Museum and Zoo.

It is very close proximity to two main subway station Saint-Michel and Odeon which also provide diredt access by rail to Versailles, Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.Numerous bus lines can be found nearly to you conveniently all over Paris.



This 30m² studio apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a well-maintained 17th century walk-up building. The street’s entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens onto a paved interior courtyard, which leads to an old-fashioned staircase.

The entrance door opens onto the living / sleeping room. On the left hand side there is an open kitchen and straight ahead is the bedroom area. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom.

The apartment has a northwest exposure. The floor has typical Parisian old-fashioned tiles (tommette) and there are ceiling beams.

The living room has a window that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished in an antique style with a desk, chair, a wooden dining table, a bench, two armchairs, a coffee table and a double bed. There are built-in shelves that hold a flat screen cable TV with its DVD player. There is also a decorative fireplace.

The large walk in closet has shelves, a wardrobe, a laundry machine (combo washer / dryer) and an extra twin bed.
The open kitchen is stylish in a contemporary way. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a combo microwave / grill oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/ freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The bathroom has stone walls and ceiling beams. It is equipped with a bathtub with a showerhead, a sink and a toilet.

The nearest metro station is Saint Michel (line 4, RER C).

He happily met us at the apartment at whatever time suited us for both arrival and departure – and both times on a Sunday.   • We had a lovely time at your flat in Paris. 15 Rue Seguir was extremely clean, comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. The building is charming and is in the ideal spot for site-seeing. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions. My husband and I stayed for a week in late June (the air conditioning was a major plus as was the washer/dryer). Our luggage was lost for two days and Fabrice was very helpful and spoke to the airline on our behalf. He went above and beyond for us!! I already know where I will be staying during my next trip to Paris.

  • We just returned from our lovely stay on Rue Seguir. We had a fantastic time, the apartment was everything as described in the listing. The location is truly ideal for sight seeing in Paris. The best part for us, however, was the street market on Rue de Buci. After a long day of museums, we were happy to pick up delicious food stuffs from the street vendors, a bottle of wine and relax in our apartment. (doing this also made it a little easier on the budget with the current exchange rate). Merci, Fabrice!

  • I was lucky enough to stay at this property for three weeks this past summer and look forward to my next chance to visit - the apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and could not be better located! On top of that, Fabrice was incredibly helpful and answered any and all of my questions. The apartment is literally within walking distance of everything - museums, restaurants, shops, and the Seine and the Islands are just steps away - but if you want to hop on the Metro, there is a stop just minutes from the door. I loved my time there, would recommend it without hesitation to anyone, and will most definitely stay again myself.

  • 15 Rue Sequier was the perfect apartment for our Paris vacation, with its antiquity invoking the historic city and totally modern conveniences. We enjoyed the conviviality of the neighborhood and the ability to step out and stroll along the Seine or enjoy the many cafes and fast food (Paris fast food is delicious!). Fabrice was gracious and welcoming, making a completely memorable and happy Paris experience.

  • We stayed here at the end of May first part of June this year. The apartment is everything the web site describes and more. The apartment has recently been remodeled and is very attractive. What we liked, that the web site only mentioned in passing, is the large window overlooking the courtyard and the charming view of the Parisian buildings across the street. This gave the apartment a light and airy feeling. Rue Seguier is a non-commercial street that means you can leave the window open and have quiet and peaceful evenings. It is a very short walk to St Michel metro and RER stations making it very convenient to explore Paris. One of the best features we liked about the apartment is its close location to Rue de Buci and the markets, making our food and wine shopping a very interesting and enjoyable way of experiencing daily Parisian life. Fabrice is very nice and helpful. The morning we were leaving our cell phone would not work. Fabrice used his to call the shuttle service for us because they were late. Unfortunately there was a mix-up on the date that we were to be picked up on so we needed a taxi. Fabrice helped pull our luggage to Place St Michel and secured a cab for us. Without his generous assistance we would have been left in a very difficult situation. If you are looking for a small, clean, well-furnished apartment in central Paris close to the Seine where you can walk or take the metro to all the famous sites, this is the place. We highly recommend staying at 15 Rue Seguier, and thank Fabrice for making our stay in Paris very memorable. Larry and Cindy Colorado, USA
