Our kitchen has all the appliances you’d find at home--full-size refrigerator & stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, ricemaker/steamer, blender, electric mixer, and dishwasher. We’ve made sure to include a full-set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware to make every meal as delicious and enjoyable as the ones you have at home!
Don’t bother trying to pack enough clothes to last your whole vacation and lugging them around through airport security. Pack light and use our home’s FULL-SIZE WASHER & DRYER as often as you like. Feel free to use our ironing board & iron, too.
Our home features TWO MASTER SUITES. You will love the sanctuary of our Master Suites. Both Master Suites have KING BEDS with plush pillowtop mattresses & luxuriously smooth 300 thread-count sheets, large TVs with DVDs, and private en-suite baths.
The kids (and the kids-at-heart) will just love the 2 kids bedrooms. Both of these rooms have 2 twin beds and their own TVs with DVDs. One twin bedroom is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme. The other, with a Nemo theme.
The 5th bedroom with an African wildlife theme has twin and full beds and its own TV with DVD. The twin/full configuration offers great flexibility. If your group has a lot of couples, the full bed can be used by a couple who would prefer a cozy night together on a full bed rather than sleeping apart in twin beds. Or if you have 3 inseparable kids, they can all sleep in the same bedroom and have a slumber party!
The 6th bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD. This downstairs bedroom has plenty of privacy and is perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who would appreciate a room set off from the rest.
If you need an extra bed, the living room sofa folds out into a queen bed. We also provide a FREE CRIB, high chair & stroller for your little one.
PET-FRIENDLY
If you can't stand the thought of your well-behaved and potty-trained dog (sorry, no cats) locked up in a kennel, he/she is welcome to stay at our house. Because many of our other guests have allergies to dogs, we do require you to pay a $175 non-refundable pet cleaning fee in addition to the normal cleaning fee. Upon your departure, our cleaners will perform a thorough "deep clean" and remove all traces of pet hair and dander so our next guests can breath easy.

Great house - best way to do Disney

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. I have three sons, and we will never stay in a tiny hotel room and eat theme park food all day again. We loved being able to eat breakfast at home, a light & inexpensive late lunch in the parks, and then dinner back at home. It made for a more leisurely pace and a not-grouchy mom (in trips past, i've been known to say "i don't care if you are full, eat that $15 burger anyway!" - but not on this trip!). Then at the end of each busy day, we could spread out and have our own space in this beautiful home to watch movies, play video games, read, or swim. We loved the pool at the house - we used it every night. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is lovely - great play areas, and my boys rated the slide at the resort pool as "awesome." The neighborhood is VERY close to Disney, and is convenient to groceries, chik-fil-a, walmart, etc. There is some construction out on the roads leading to it, but nothing causing a problem. I also drove around the neighborhood to check out other houses. This home is on a very large corner lot in comparison to the others that are quite close together. The lot is also elevated, so we were at the top of a retaining wall and could not see the neighbor behind us. This home definitely offers more privacy than the others. The homeowner and property manager were both very pleasant to work with. We would absolutely stay there again. My eight-year-old wants us to move there. :-)

We stayed at this listing over Easter break 2008. The house was beautiful and well maintained. This house Had a great layout and plenty of room. Each room had a TV so people could go up to their rooms to watch TV at night. The outdoor pool was also a big hit! This house is in a great location - it is up on a hill with a double lot so you are not right on top of your neighbors. The kids could walk to the pool, basketball courts and park! The community pool was also nice! We had a great time and would highly recommend this house!

The house is very nice, as are the owners. They were very accommodating and friendly. The pool was warm and the house nicely set up. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, fussball and air hockey tables as well. The windsor hills area is very nice and is very close to the Disney attractions. This house had the additional benefit of viewing the fireworks from the parks at night from the pool area. I hesitated to give this property a 5 only because we have stayed at another winsdor hills property that was closer to 5 star quality. There was nothing wrong with this home, however small details that were met at the other house were overlooked here (availability of laundry soap, generous staples and supplies, surplus of extra linens, menus from local delivery places, etc.). Overall, I would recommend this property to my friends and family if the other home we stayed in was not available. Likewise, if we return and the other house was not available we would stay here again without reservations. We enjoyed our stay and had pleasant exchanges with the owners.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family, including extended family of parents and sibling spent a week here. It was very accomodating for all, expecially the first floor suite for my parents. The location was superb, close to everything and easy to find. We look forward to staying there again. The owner was very accomodating and honest. The property was clean. We have already recommended the property to friends. The grocery stores were right in the area and everything was within minutes. The website was honest about everything that was available.

Fantastic!! My family stayed at Derek's Villa for 5 weeks this August and had the time of our lives. The home is exactly as described and more. 10 of us 5 children and 5 adults felt completly at home in this excellent villa and resort. The moment we entered the property our faces lit up with joy at the standard of this luxury home. We really did not want to leave. When we return to the US, hopefully in three years, I will certainly be contacting Derek again to see if his home is available. It was a pleasure dealing with Derek and Donna his home manager, they made our stay in Kissimmee perfect.

Just wanted to write and say what a fantastic vacation we had staying in this home. My family does not want to stay in a hotel ever again. We all had a great holiday and it was made all the better for staying here in Windsor Hills. We need not have booked a 6 bed villa (we used only 3 beds as it happened), but the extra space gave us all the feel of more luxury. The floorplan, specification and condition of this house is excellent, nice and clean too. We enjoyed the games room and also the pool area too. The house was a great place to come back to after a long day at the "Parks". Access to the theme and water parks is very good and there are plenty of shops and restuarants close at hand too. We like the security of the gated community and were pleased with the facilities that Windsor Hills has offer for the kids. We would certainly recommend this villa to those who want somewhere very comfortable to stay. Much better than any hotel and you are free to enjoy your own routines as you please. We just returned today from our family trip to Disney and I wanted to leave positive feedback about this wonderful home before entering the daily grind again. This home (and it's definitely a home away from home and not just a rental house) is absolutely beautiful, spotless, convenient to Disney, and peaceful. An entire family of 10 co- existed without a problem and there were even days that we just hung around the house to take advantage of the pools (at the house and community center)! We cannot rave enough about this home and our vacation there and would NEVER stay in a hotel again. We're already trying to figure out when we can return again! A perfect house for a perfect Disney vacation. Look no further for your vacation villa - this one is the BEST and the owner is a pleasure to work with!
