If you love to cook (or love saving money by eating in now and then), then you’ll really love our home’s FULLY-EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN. We’ve made sure the kitchen includes everything a good cook needs to feed a hungry family. Our kitchen has all the appliances you’d find at home--full-size refrigerator & stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, ricemaker/steamer, blender, electric mixer, and dishwasher. We’ve made sure to include a full-set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware to make every meal as delicious and enjoyable as the ones you have at home!
Don’t bother trying to pack enough clothes to last your whole vacation and lugging them around through airport security. Pack light and use our home’s FULL-SIZE WASHER & DRYER as often as you like. Feel free to use our ironing board & iron, too.
Our home features TWO MASTER SUITES. You will love the sanctuary of our Master Suites. Both Master Suites have KING BEDS with plush pillowtop mattresses & luxuriously smooth 300 thread-count sheets, large TVs with DVDs, and private en-suite baths.
The kids (and the kids-at-heart) will just love the 2 kids bedrooms. Both of these rooms have 2 twin beds and their own TVs with DVDs. One twin bedroom is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme. The other, with a Nemo theme.
The 5th bedroom with an African wildlife theme has twin and full beds and its own TV with DVD. The twin/full configuration offers great flexibility. If your group has a lot of couples, the full bed can be used by a couple who would prefer a cozy night together on a full bed rather than sleeping apart in twin beds. Or if you have 3 inseparable kids, they can all sleep in the same bedroom and have a slumber party!
The 6th bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD. This downstairs bedroom has plenty of privacy and is perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who would appreciate a room set off from the rest.
If you need an extra bed, the living room sofa folds out into a queen bed. We also provide a FREE CRIB, high chair & stroller for your little one.
PET-FRIENDLY
If you can't stand the thought of your well-behaved and potty-trained dog (sorry, no cats) locked up in a kennel, he/she is welcome to stay at our house. Because many of our other guests have allergies to dogs, we do require you to pay a $195 non-refundable pet cleaning fee in addition to the normal cleaning fee. Upon your departure, our cleaners will perform a thorough 'deep clean' and remove all traces of pet hair and dander so our next guests can breath easy.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. I have three sons, and we will never stay in a tiny hotel room and eat theme park food all day again. We loved being able to eat breakfast at home, a light & inexpensive late lunch in the parks, and then dinner back at home. It made for a more leisurely pace and a not-grouchy mom (in trips past, i've been known to say "i don't care if you are full, eat that $15 burger anyway!" - but not on this trip!). Then at the end of each busy day, we could spread out and have our own space in this beautiful home to watch movies, play video games, read, or swim. We loved the pool at the house - we used it every night. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is lovely - great play areas, and my boys rated the slide at the resort pool as "awesome." The neighborhood is VERY close to Disney, and is convenient to groceries, chik-fil-a, walmart, etc. There is some construction out on the roads leading to it, but nothing causing a problem. I also drove around the neighborhood to check out other houses. This home is on a very large corner lot in comparison to the others that are quite close together. The lot is also elevated, so we were at the top of a retaining wall and could not see the neighbor behind us. This home definitely offers more privacy than the others. The homeowner and property manager were both very pleasant to work with. We would absolutely stay there again. My eight-year-old wants us to move there. :-)Did you find this review helpful? We had 10 people in our party, 2 were elderly (over 80) and three were kids. Everyone had a great time. Home is meticulous. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. Game room was perfect for the kids (and me). Pool was clean and neiighborhood was fantastic. The walk to the main pool was perfect. If your looking for place to vacation, this is it. We recently rented this home for a one week Disney vacation. Our in-laws were staying with us so we needed the space this home had to offer. It is located in a gated community very close to all amenities and especially to the gates of Disney. We gave this property a rating of fair largely due to the property management company looking after a very large number of homes in this area. It felt very commercialized and lacked the true cleanliness and Vacation Rental By Owner "feeling" we have experienced in the past. The fundamental comfort supplies were not available and had us at the supermarket almost immediately upon arrival for basics such as bathroom and facial tissue just to name a few. The kitchen lacked many things and had broken knives and dishes that would not come clean at all. When booking the property the owner was kind to deal with and in the future hopefully this nice home can become more of a "home away from home".Recommended for: Sightseeing.

This house met our needs, we were a family of twelve. The children ranged in ages from five to thirteen, and five adults. The location was great for getting to Disney. There are many restaurants and places of business in the area.I was able to speak with the owner a few times. which is a plus. He was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, but they seem to make a sound when you move, even the single beds. The sheets are thin and need replacing. We really enjoyed it and would return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

We went with another family as we often do. There was plenty of space and the pool was clean. The only negative that I will say is that it is a rental and a few things need to be replaced. The second master's bed which I stayed in was excessively hard, lacked enough pillows(3) and the the mattress covers and sheets elastics were worn and wouldn't stay on. There were 10 of us staying there with 1 6" frying pan. This made eggs in morning slow. The pool's screens need to be replaced. It was November, so we didn't have bug problem but the potential was there. That being said, I would still stay again. The neigborhood is nice, The house accepts small dogs. And it is conveniently located.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners.

This home worked out just wonderfully for our family. The description and pictures were accurate as was the location. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. There was a super Target store nearby where we could buy groceries and household supplies. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

This was our first time renting a vacation home! We loved the experience. The home was beautiful, in a great location and was exactly as described! We took advantage of food delivery and an on site massage and was very happy with both experiences. Having a kitchen and laundry facitlities was also very nice as we didn't have to pack as much coming to Florida. The pool was great once a few small issues with the property management company were straightened out. When we arrived the pool was dirty and it took many phone calls to get it cleaned.The pool filter was plugged solid so the water was not moving and allgie was building up.We stayed for two weeks and it took one week to get the pool cleaned.The pool light was also broken.The dishes where dirty and we had to wash them before they were used.The stroller was a mess and the baby gate was broken.There is no crib.The carpet was so dirty that when the baby crawled on it her knees and cloths turned black.The cable didn't work the last week,we were told the bill wasn't payed and they were late with the home owners fees as well.I normally don't complain but we emailed the owner and never got a response as to why these things were happening.The house needs to be refreshed as all the walls are scuffed and banged.They also could use some new sheets.Our stay was ok but some things do need to be addressed.The house is very close to everything and the community is very clean.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This rental was perfect for my family. Our 3 children enjoyed the pool every day after visiting the Disney parks. The size was perfect as my parents came to vacation with us for a few days.
