You’ll love the spacious 3512 sq. ft. open floor plan and the professionally decorated, luxury furnishings of our 6-bedroom, 4-bath villa. We have plenty of room for your entire family, or even 2 or 3 families. We can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
After a long day at the parks, enjoy a relaxing dip in your own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. You can enjoy a private viewing of the DISNEY FIREWORKS each night from the comfort of your private spa.
Kids of all ages will love the PRIVATE GAME ROOM. Shoot a game of pool on our regulation pool table (with real slate bed), or play foosball or air-hockey. Our villa has several board games, including several classic games with a Disney-twist. For ex., Disney Monopoly is just like regular Monopoly except that the playing pieces are Disney characters and the properties are Disney-themed locations. Your kids will get a big kick out of it! If the kids are into a little higher tech gaming, they are welcome to use our PLAYSTATION 2.
You can enjoy watching your favorite shows or DVDs on our SURROUND-SOUND HOME-THEATRE SYSTEM and 71 cable channels. No need to fight over the remote--our home features 7 cable-TVs, all with DVD players, so everyone can watch whatever they want. If you need to keep in touch with the office, check your email with our FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET connection.
If you love to cook (or love saving money by eating in now and then), then you’ll really love our home’s FULLY-EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN. Since this is our vacation home too, we’ve made sure the kitchen includes everything a good cook needs to feed a hungry family. Our kitchen has all the appliances you’d find at home--full-size refrigerator & stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, ricemaker/steamer, blender, electric mixer, electric can-opener, and dishwasher. We’ve made sure to include a full-set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware to make every meal as delicious and enjoyable as the ones you have at home!
Don’t bother trying to pack enough clothes to last your whole vacation and lugging them around through airport security. Pack light and use our home’s FULL-SIZE WASHER & DRYER as often as you like. Feel free to use our ironing board & iron, too. And leave your bulky hair dryer behind too. We’ve provided one in every bathroom for you.
Our home features TWO MASTER SUITES. You will love the sanctuary of our Master Suites. Both Master Suites have KING BEDS with plush pillowtop mattresses & luxuriously smooth 300 thread-count sheets, large TVs with DVDs, and private en-suite baths.
The kids (and the kids-at-heart) will just love the 2 kids bedrooms. Both of these rooms have 2 twin beds and their own TVs with DVDs. One twin bedroom is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme. The other, with a Nemo theme.
The 5th bedroom with an African wildlife theme has twin and full beds and its own TV with DVD. The twin/full configuration offers great flexibility. If your group has a lot of couples, the full bed can be used by a couple who would prefer a cozy night together on a full bed rather than sleeping apart in twin beds. Or if you have 3 inseparable kids, they can all sleep in the same bedroom and have a slumber party!
The 6th bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD. This downstairs bedroom has plenty of privacy and is perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who would appreciate a room set off from the rest.
If you need an extra bed, the living room sofa folds out into a queen bed. We also provide a FREE CRIB, high chair & stroller for our littlest guests.

Our home is located just a short walk to the multi-million dollar clubhouse & pool. You’ll enjoy lounging at our unique Olympic-size free-form pool, designed to resemble a tropical lagoon. The kids will love sliding down the 2-story high WATERSLIDE or running through the splashpad. The grownups will appreciate a relaxing time in the spa or on the sundeck.
The clubhouse has an amazing set of amenities. You can shoot pool, play ping-pong or foosball, burn some calories in the fitness center, enjoy a movie of your choice at the resort’s private 50-SEAT MOVIE THEATRE, or just relax in the clubhouse’s comfortable lounges with new friends. The clubhouse also houses a sundry shop and a videogame arcade.
If tennis is your game, be sure to bring your racquet. Windsor Hills has 2 tennis courts. Prefer golf, we have a private putting green at the resort and an 18 hole 4-star course next door. We have sand volleyball and basketball courts too. Your kids will love playing at the resort’s castle-themed playground featuring a 30-foot green dragon.
