Enjoy your vacation in a new 2000 square foot home in Marbella at Spanish Wells Country Club. This home is beautifully furnished with a peaceful view of the golf course and lake. This non-smoking home features tile throughout the main part of the house with carpet only in the bedrooms.
The living area and dining room are spacious. The eat-in kitchen has granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and appliances and is fully equipped.
The master bedroom suite is separated from the other two bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, his and her vanities and separate tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a separate laundry room to add to the comforts of this home.
The 24-hour gated community has two community pools which are located conveniently to the home. The private golf course is one of the best in South West Florida with a par 72, 18-hole, 7000 yard, course. There is also an additional nine holes, making a total of 27 holes.
There is also a brand new 23,000 square foot clubhouse. The club also has 5 har tru tennis courts and a busy social calendar if you wish to participate. You can pay a $250/per month transfer fee to enjoy all the golf and tennis you care to play. This also allows you to enjoy cart fees at member prices.
