Brass Rail, a new Luxury Beach Condominium, is a gated community with underground parking and a private elevator, second floor unit. Great ocean view from private balcony that is also accessible from the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms overlook the courtyard and spacious pool area that includes a hot tub, picnic area, and lots of sun bathing lounge chairs provided for your convenience. There two pools on property.
Our condo is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Just a short walk to the beach, pier, pavilion, shopping, and restaurants....and approx. 50 yards to the ocean, and is located on Tybee's South End.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the 'kids' room has TV with DVD. All beds have luxury mattresses, with wonderful bed linens and down comforters or handmade quilts to insure a restful night. Rooms are furnished in tasteful traditional style.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.
The living/dining area is spacious, having lots of room to relax and enjoy your island time. There is a TV and DVD and comfortable seating, including two recliners to sit back and put your feet up. The floors are bamboo hardwood with Persian rugs scattered throughout. Lush carpet in all bedrooms.
The master bedroom has its own sitting area, and 'his and her' vanities in the master bathroom, with a jetted tub and separate enclosed glass shower.
Extra sleeping on the sleep sofa, allows plenty of room for additional guests. Also portable crib and high chair available.
Historic Savannah is just a 20 minute drive. There is much to do and see, so, come on down and enjoy our beach! Island time begins upon crossing the last bridge!

This was our second time staying here. The condo was great and had everything we needed or even could have thought we needed. The weather wasn't the best this year but after having 100 inches of snow this year it was heavenly to walk the beach and collect beautiful shells. This was a great place for my sisters, brother-in-law and granddaughter to come together. We were also able to have our own space when we needed it. It was also only 15 minutes to Savannah, which was great on a cloudy day. Thanks again for your wonderful place. We will again think of Tybee Island again and again as we shovel snow again this winter coming up.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Brass Rail. The condo was just as pictured. Spacious so that we weren't tripping over each other. Plenty of bathrooms! I've become used to bringing our linens to vacation rentals, so having them provided here was such a treat. The kitchen was well appointed. It was so pleasant to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony and look at the ocean. The pool wasn't heated, so my daughter was the only one who dared to take a dip...and she loved it. We appreciated the underground parking and the location of the condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Excellent vacation!! Even though the weather didn't cooperate the accommodations were so warm and comfortable that it made for a very enjoyable time. Close to the beach!!! This was our 3rd vacation trip to your lovely condo . My home town is Savannah and we like to stay at Tybee whenever I come home for a visit . I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. I brought my grandson and his wife with us and they were very pleased with the condo and pool area and the beach being so close. We spent half the day on the beach and the other half in Savannah taking in the sights. We will definitely be back to your condo it is nice to know we have such a lovely place to call home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We much enjoyed our stay! The condo was very spacious and meticulously clean. We had the option of getting a cross-breeze, or using the AC. The balcony was pleasant in the morning and at night. Three bathrooms meant no waiting for any of our party of 6-8. The grounds were spotless, and though the elevator did not always work, we came and went without any other problems. Both the pool and the hot tub were clean and well taken care of. Not even two minutes to walk to the beach!The area has a few shops but is not over-commericialized. Safe, quiet, and pleasant. I would like to return next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

3 of my friends and I spent a week at this home for our 50th birthday celebration. It was wonderful. The home is just what is promised. It's close to the ocean and everything else that you may need. I rented this condo for 3 weeks in October 2010. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny. The location was excellent for spending time on the beach/ocean and time sight-seeing in Savannah. Plenty of restaurants locally if you don't want to leave the island. The condo was beautiful and clean. Appliances, cooking utensils, washer/dryer, etc, everything needed was there. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. I would recommend this condo highly without reservation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed in this condo for Memorial Day week and just loved it! The balcony view of the beach is excellent and the accessibility to the pool, elevator, parking, etc. is also perfect. Everything is within walking distance and the Brass Rail complex is located at the heart of the south end of the island, between 15th and Tybrisa. The interior of this spacious condo is superior to any other rental property I've ever rented. The furniture, decorations and amenities are tops. There are also extra day beds, baby bed, high chair, anything you could possibly need. The owner was excellent to work with and was very prompt in answering questions and responsive when a need arose while we were staying at the condo.
