Newly-decorated rancher features an open and airy floor plan with cathedral ceilings and recessed lighting in the kitchen. This home includes ALL necessary appliances (as listed) with Washer/Dryer located inside. Ceiling fans in all rooms including the 9-by-15-foot, screened-in, furnished Lanai. Gas grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Covered swing on newly installed 24x13 patio in back. Golf cart included. Added drop-downs in case of rainy or cold (cool) weather. High performance gears were added to increase the GPS to the maximum 20 miles-per-hour speed.
Living room is beautifully-furnished including a 27-inch TV with DIGITAL CABLE, DVD player and VCR.
Master bedroom includes California King mattress, night stands, dresser and a 27-inch TV with cable. The master bathroom is totally upgraded with two 5-by-5 walk-in closets, tiled shower with seat, huge double (his and hers)sink, and a separate toilet room with privacy door and window.
Guest bedrooms and bath are located on the opposite side of the home with a pocket door for privacy. One bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a very comfortable king size bed in a matter of minutes with the provided apparatus. This room includes a night stand, dresser and a 20-inch TV. The third bedroom can be set up as a den or another bedroom upon your request. This room includes a computer with high speed internet service. Also included is a queen-sized raised aero bed for your use.
There is a 60-inch dining room table and six chairs. The table comes with two 12-inch butterfly leafs opening to a maximum of 84 inches for your dining and entertainment pleasure. Additional padded folding chairs are also available. This house contains a two-car garage.
