As a Realtor, I understand that location is key! We baught this home exactly for that reason. You can change the interior and/or exterior but not the location. We are on a small quiet residential street on a cul de sac. We are minutes to the beach, shopping, restaurants, parks and recreation. You will also enjoy a large yard and extended deck for BBQ's and lounging. The yard is fully fenced with 8-10 foot follage around the permiter for maximum privacy. I have been a local realtor in Boca Raton for the past 11 years. My Husband Harry and I baught our first home on the same block as this home in 1999,renovated it and converted it to a vacation home in 2003. It was so popular that we purched this current home the same year (2003) and renovated it, and converted it to a vacation home in 2005. We ran both homes simultaniously for a few years, but it was too much work for us to operate two vacation homes. We sold the first one and now just have this one. About 40% of our guests are repeat guests. Many come year after year since 2003 and sometimes twice a year.

We stayed at this house and found it very comfortable. There were up to 6 adults and a baby most of the time. The photos and descriptions are accurate and you get what you see. The pool was warm and clean. Leaves are a problem in the fall but we dealt with them each day. Plenty of pool furniture in good condition and the outside lanai was a bonus when the sun was at its most intense. Barbeque worked well. Rooms were clean and tidy and there were toys for children as well as a number of strollers and pool toys in the garage as well as pool towels.The pool is big enough for 6/8 people to enjoy. Lanai room was excellent and cool in the hot early afternoons. Local restaurants were available and easily located through the wifi connection. Publix supermarket is close by as is a major bank. Shopping malls within easy drive as was the beach. We had great fun. We had no problem on return of damage deposit which we paid by check. A good family house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The house is as described and the pictures do reflect this home. However, the picture of the pool makes it appear more spacious than it really is. The cleanliness of the home is livable, but you do not get that clean crisp feeling of a very well kept home. However, it was doable as we did not spend a lot of time at the house during our vacation, rather at the homes of our friends and family that live in the area. Basically, we mostly just slept at the home. My biggest complaint is that the owners did not return our security deposit as stated in their contract. Their contract states, "If there is no problem, deposits will be returned by mail 1 week after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will mail you a letter describing the details within 30 days". It took 45 days for me to receive my security deposit back from the owners. There was no claim against our deposit, the owners said it was an oversight. Once they admitted to the oversight, it still took an additional 9 days for them to credit my Paypal account which should have been done immediately once they admitted their error. The owners were very unresponsive and/or slow to respond during the time period in trying to resolve this issue. The aggravation and time I had to invest in pursuing my security deposit took away any enjoyable time I had at this vacation home. I WOULD NOT book this home again and I WOULD NOT personally recommend this rental to any of my friends and family.

This property is just as stated in the advertisement. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and clean. It was perfect for our family, especially for our little ones. The owners are very nice and accomodating.

We stayed in this beautiful, comfortable home in October 2008. These owners truly have thought of everything to make you feel at home while on vacation. They are very nice people and maintain their home immaculately. Our kids and us did not want to leave and we will be back when we visit our family in Boca Raton again. Thank You!!
