Crescent Villas is a three-story, frame building located on the ocean in the most popular area in North Myrtle Beach. The condominium is located on the second floor overlooking the pool and with an ocean view. Our condominium is nicely decorated and continuously updated and tastefully furnished for your pleasure.
There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom with two twin beds. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room. NO smoking is requested in the unit. Beach chairs are available for your use to take to the beach. Departure cleaning is included in price. This is a family-oriented area and guests constantly return year after year for their enjoyment. NO pets allowed.
Located approximately ten minutes North of Barefoot Landing and close to great restaurants, golf, amusement parks and lots of shopping.
We are now offering linen service for a small additional fee. This is optional and upon request only.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our children are all grown and live in different parts of the country and we save a week in the summer for ourselves to all come down to enjoy a week together. We have been having a family reunion now for many years and the families keep getting larger and we have talked many times that we should go somewhere different but by the end of the week all we want to do is come back again the following summer. It is just a great relaxing place to enjoy the sun, beach, golf and great food at the local restaurants and something to do for all ages. We have so many returning renters because they feel the exact same way.
