Directly across the street from the beach with spectacular views - SEABREEZE is a beautiful, three-story non-smoking home and is equipped with everything you need for your vacation in Vilano Beach, including a private elevator! Enjoy your days walking the beach, relaxing by the pool at Serenata Beach Club, or sightseeing in historic St. Augustine, just a 10-minute drive away.
This townhome is decorated in very pleasing, relaxing colors. The first floor is home to the game room with private bath and laundry, and daybed with trundle. The second floor has the master suite with private master bath, along with another bedroom on this floor with private bath as well. The third floor has another bedroom and bathroom, as well as the kitchen, dining room, and living room, which has satellite TV/DVD. All accessible by elevator! Don't forget to bring your laptop so you can stay in touch while you're away from home!
Our townhome has everything you need to feel right at home. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and lovely master bathroom complete with whirlpool tub and glass block shower. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, and the game room has a daybed with trundle. All bedrooms come equipped with satellite TV/DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, and smooth top electric range. Several complete sets of dishes, flatware, glasses, storage containers, cookware and all utensils are also provided.
Due to neighborhood restrictions, RV's, motorhomes, boats, trailers and commercial vehicles are not allowed on the property.

What a great home! What a great week! We have been going to New Smyrna Beach for nearly thirty years and decided to try something different. It was a great call.
