Have it all! Florida Keys Sombrero Beach area location, POOL, dock in the back yard and open water views. Waterfront home overlooking Sunrise Isle. Some of the world's most beautiful sunrises can be seen from this balcony. Located on 160 foot wide canal just five minutes to the open ocean. Great location for fishing, lobstering and diving. We recommend short shaft or shallow draft boats since the home is located so close to the beach we have low moon tides sometimes.
Five miles by water to Sombrero Light House Reef Sanctuary by boat. Walk or bike to Sombrero beach in just five minutes.
Home is two bedrooms upstairs, (1) king and (1) queen, two baths and a large cabana room on the lower level with a queen and (2) twins, (3) recliners and TV. Large open living area, kitchen with granite tops, new appliances, big screen TV, wireless internet and comfortable leather couches. Tastefully decorated in true Keys style.
Custom heated POOL with paver decking, great afternoon sun for sunbathing and hanging out in the cabana area. Tropical landscaping for privacy.Under cover parking and plenty of room for a boat trailer. Bait freezer to store your catch. Everything is provided for you (linens, towels, kitchen ware, etc.) Not many rentals this nice in the Keys! Fish from the dock in the evening for snapper and tarpon.
Centrally located in Marathon close to the beach, shopping, post office, movie theater and restaurants.

My family and I stayed here in June 2011. The house and pool were exactly as described and pictured, clean and well maintained and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the house, we cooked every night and everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and clearly the owner had thought of everything to make a guest comfortable. Jo Ann was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is very convenient to nearby shopping, and Sombrero Beach as well. The beach and park area surrounding it was a perfect family spot. We rented bikes and kayaks to enjoy the entire area, which was beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend both this house and Jo Ann to anyone looking to visit the area!

Our family, all over 55 adults, stayed Christmas week and enjoyed this home immensely. Owner has thought of everthing for your comfort and convenience. Home was spotlessly clean and kitchen fully equiped for cooking. Plently of linens and towels provided and matresses were extremely comfortable. Pool is heated and is cared for by a professional service who monitors temperature and water quality altho that was never a problem. Landscaping is also professionally cared for and everthing is in tip top shape. Mostly enjoyed morning coffee in the sun on the deck overlooking pool and canal. Would recommend it to anyone looking for top notch accomodations and a relaxing time.

My family stayed here the week of Easter 2010 and loved it. The house was great, the pool and hot tub perfect. The kids loved that the pool was a nice size, larger than some of the other houses we had considered. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We will certainly be back to this house.

Wow!!! This is a gorgeous home, in a fantastic location and our family had a wonderful time. The pool, Jacuzzi, landscaping and water view are spectacular and the home is immaculately decorated and maintained with great attention paid to detail and amenities. We highly recommend staying at this paradise to anyone looking for a beautiful tropical getaway that you will never forget. It's quite a tropical destination when you see colorful crabs moving about on the dock in the morning as you lounge pool side under the gazebo with a morning cup of coffee. Lots to see and do locally and recommend eating one night at the Key Colony Inn restaurant. The food was tremendous! This paradise is walking distance to the famous Sombrero Beach with white sandy beaches lined with palm trees and a beautiful park. Just offshore is the Sombrero Reef Marine Sanctuary which offers world class snorkeling and scuba diving for all ages and experience levels. Our family went out on one of the local charter services and have never seen such beautiful reefs and sea life. We have previously vacationed at other places in the keys including a four-star resort, however we have never enjoyed anywhere else as much as we did at Pool Party at the Oasis. We would like to give a special thank you to JoAnn Cook-Kuipers (owner) for helping to make our vacation one we will never forget. She is awesome and made the planning of this vacation effortless for us. We are really looking forward to our next visit to this tropical paradise.
