This new townhome on the South End of Surf City offers amazing views of the ICW from the sundeck or covered deck! Freshly painted and tastefully decorated, this large unit offers three bedrooms-master has queen bed, #2 has full size bed, #3 has two twin beds, and three full bathrooms. This townhome is directly across the street from the beach and has two private beach accesses. The Complex offers a gated, private pool. Central heat and central air, color cable TV's, dishwasher, washer and dryer, DVD, VCR, new deck/patio furniture, brand new fully enclosed outside shower,hot and cold water with dressing/changing area. Many more amenities. Located across the street is a park/playground for kids and also offers a brand new fishing/crabbing pier out into the intercoastal waterway. NO SMOKING! NO PETS.

We love the beach and we are very happy to offer our beautiful beach home. We take great pride in offering a bright, tastefully decorated, very clean, fully stocked home at an affordable price. We enjoy relaxing on the beach, boating/watersports, fishing, surfing, searching for sharks teeth, sunsets on the deck.

This place was great. Just a few steps from the beach and a beautiful pool onsite. Topsail Island is like taking a step back in time, especially on the south end of the island. You won't find a Burger King or MacDonalds on the south end, instead you'll find mom and pop shops with great food and friendly service. This unit was perfect for our family...three good size bedroom sand three bathrooms. Great kitchen and even a bonus washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place. The owners and the rental company were very easy to work with and get an A+ in my book. Check it out for your next vacation.

This condo was a perfect rental for our beach vacation. It was our first visit to Top Sail and we can't wait to go back (even though we had to leave early due to Hurrican Irene). The owners were very responsive to my pre-trip emails and gave extremely accurate descriptions. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - perfect! This condo is literally across the road from the beach with a private access, the back deck looks over the sound and the pool is steps from the front stairs. It's a very quiet condo within walking distance of the Surf City pier, shops and restaurants. At first I thought we were too close to the mainland bridge because of the traffic but it's non existent after Sunday move in's. There is fresh seafood everywhere and the people couldn't be nicer. We went into Wilmington for the day which was only 40 min. away. The washer wasn't working when we arrived, after calling to report it the repairman was there the next day. The best part was the QUIET beach. There was only 1 layer of people even on the weekend and enough space in between families that you didn't hear them next to you. The ocean is very shallow quite a ways out which was really nice. I would highly recoommend this rental. The owners are amazing and have created a home away from home at the beach!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family of 5 stayed here in July 2009. This home really felt like a beach vacation home: very bright, very clean, good water views and fully stocked with every amenity. Beach is right across the street, kids loved the pool. We'll be back.

We stayed here in July of 2007. The place was great. Very clean, very nicely decorated. The weather was very hot. Short walk down a path to beach. Pool was very handy. Lots of good restraunts in town. Not too crowded. We will be coming back.
