Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Initial Reservation Deposit: $500 (within 10 days of verbal/email agreement).
Once non-refundable deposit is received, this guarantees your reserved dates.
Balance of the first months rent is due 60 days prior to check in.
Security deposit of $750 is due at the same time as balance. This deposit
will be refunded within 10 days of departure unless damages or unreasonable
cleaning is required. I always hope to return the FULL AMOUNT! With all the
legal words out of the way, Please relax & enjoy yourself. This is a nice
home & great location for your vacation!
